Being a human with humble beginnings as an orphaned outcast, and having dreams of becoming Hokage, resonates with many who have experienced loneliness or felt like outsiders. He also undergoes significant personal growth, transitioning from an impulsive and reckless child to a responsible and wise leader. We all start as weak crybabies at first and make plenty of mistakes in life that many people find it hard to forgive, but Naruto forgives everybody, which is one of the hardest things to do. He also cherishes others, making him even more relatable, and that's what makes him a great protagonist. He imparts many valuable life lessons through his journey. ✔

you still cant defend him compared to goku in terms of being bad dad. goku did not know better and he still did whats best for his son given the circumstances. he died to give him chance to train and even trained himself while being dead to become strong enough to protect his son again with no reference of what it means to be father or to be human. on other hand naruto's big part of his character is being orphan and inheriting lot of his father and mothers traits so his parental ancestry is crucial plot point and his orphan upbringing is core of his character. for him to neglect his children because he was "busy at work" is way worst than anything goku did in terms of being parent given their respective circumstances. i am on naruto side in terms of anime and i would give it to naruto over goku every time especially in terms of who is better protagonist but there is no benefit of doubt that goku is better father@@tricktreat688

I think it isn't fair to count the build up emotions from 1000 ep into the fight. I think bottom line the fight category should be only about the nicest fighting scenes so that both anime can compare (otherwise obviously OP gonna win). If you do take out the unfair emotion edge that one piece, i think its pretty close but i'd give it to JJK. If category was "peak", now you gotta value the emotion and OP easy clap.

Jjk fights are better than one piece’s, no I’m not biased, I have literally been a die hard one piece fan since I was a kid. Jjk fights are based on strategies, assumptions and critical thinking. It’s solely not based on just punching, kicking or trading moves just like one pieces. I might say that one pieces fights aren’t my cup of tea, probably because excessive flashing lights and unnecessary effects every frames. But jjk fights are more clean because mappa’s abilities to animate human or human liked creatures are top notch.

Honestly, if this were any other format, FMAB clears Naruto in cast. As someone who grew up with naruto but recently fall in love with one piece after watching the live action (Still watching the anime, ooh boy there's a lot of episodes), this one is extremely difficult. One piece is great, I'm currently in the alabasta arc, there were a few ups and downs in other arcs but so far it's a great show but on the other hand naruto is so nostalgic. I gotta give this one to naruto, too much memories watching naruto with my older brother.

This was a nice vid, cause normally when rob does these con vids. So many anime’s get dissed, or crapped on or strays. But there weren’t all too many this time. I came in expecting one piece to get disrespected, but none of that. None of those calling anything trash, for the most part respectful debates. That’s what it’s about, instead of those people that just call everything trash or mid. Or try and diss the structure of the story instead of the actual execution. And by structure I mean things like length, tone, how grounded it is, realism, etc basically the factors that inherently make up a story because of how it was envisioned. No other show can take me to the emotional lows one piece can and bring me back up while bringing together so many moving pieces. Don’t get me wrong I love DB to! I think in terms of fights, JJK would've won because of the weight of the hits, the choreography and the animation. Then naruto should've won for character because Goku doesn't have much to him except getting stronger and never giving up. The Finals should've been naruto vs jjk with Naruto winning the Peaks. Even then DBZ should've won against OnePiece in terms of peaks because it was the founding anime that millions of people watched for every new transformation and don't get me started on Ultra Instinct, Black Goku, Future Trunks and SS4 (even though it's non canon)

I love this idea. But I think you should add a layer of making them randomly pick a character in that anime and have them face a scenario test. Make up a scenario and see who would win that challenge and do a best like 5/7 fun questions and then move that anime up the tournament bracket. It’s a fun way of seeing your favorite characters and anime in new situations and kind of like brainstorming a cross over episode of what if these anime’s worked together and how it would turn out. Like a conversation between madara and Levi on the same team working on something. That would be crazyyyy😂
