I love seeing you risk it by picking up more items. I struggled a lot with this challenge, I think I beat it with fart-tears and all chest spawns being red and doubled and then stopped picking up future items. I survived only by the soul hearts from the chests. The Isaac and Blue Baby fights took forever.

I respect your choice to go with random items you find. That's how I completed it while getting damage when nothing was happening, healing and farting when touching enemies, turning them into poop (and a lot of golden poops) and teleporting when touching pennies. Blue baby was a beautiful clusterfuck.

Rewatching and remembering this challenge, i think an interesting change would be making the items kind of make sense with their descriptons/symbols like hutts said, and to compensate you go to Delirium. Thematically i think it makes sense and it'd be balanced with each item technically being multiple items; more power

I think the D7 naturally teleports you out of the boss room if you use it in there, which is why you had to fight in the room you get teleported into when you get hit in the boss

I had the most fun version of this challenge. Played a while, then got the Damocles effect of double items, without the potential death, was already pretty powerful on floor three and then got the chest to finish the challenge through an item. Won't try the challenge again though.

My latest attempt at Delete This: - Hey, how did I get quad shot and Punch tears? Nice! - Now when I take damage, I do a Holy Light and get homing tears for the room? That's cool. - Why is it that every Active Item I use disappears and gives me another Item? Whatever. I'll take it. - Wait... Am I gaining health? Holy crap! I'm getting a Soul Heart for every room I clear! - Whoa! Why did I just teleport? Am I teleporting after I clear a room? RIP Angel Deals. - Yup. Teleporting after every room is getting old. Wait, why did I just get hurt? - Why do I have so many orbitals? Am I getting more orbitals per room for dealing damage? Sweet! - Oh, good. Now I'm taking damage after I get a soul heart after I clear a room. I guess that balances out, but... I might also die now. - Me to Self: “Okay, we got this. We just kill Blue Baby, teleport out, then fight our way back to the Boss Room for the Trophy!” - I beat Blue Baby, winning the challenge, then teleport out... With only 1 health. - Epilogue: I did not make it back to the trophy.

I just did two in a row, one was infinite spacebar presses for infinite lil deliriums and krampus head at the same time. touching coins keys or bombs would instantly kill all enemies. cheesed bosses too. I'll never have that run again
