Cheers Jim, love that he used the ham water for potatoes, then again for pea soup. NOTHING goes to waste, but just garbage. Even leftover scraps of vegies and such go into compost. We need more people that think about the Earth and resources it gives us, and how to give back. It's always lovely to see the extended family, even though Carol and Elizabeth (Believe that was your daughter's name) are a bit camera shy. Should do a new Allotment video when a lot of it grows out this year, show how much it's grown since last time. The Fishlocker Family, it's like the Cornwall Waltons lol Goodnight Johnboy :)

Yet again a very informative video. I'd like to thank you very much for your video on lure fishing bass / cod and pollock. I was lucky enough to go out on my friends boat last weekend. We stopped at a mark, near one of the forts out of Portsmouth. I followed your advice about letting the lure touch bottom and then two lift and fall. Then a steady reel reel in back to the boat. Best days fishing I've had. 4 bass, 24cm, 36cm, 42cm, 46cm and my P.B. ballen wrasse of 2 1/2lbs. all caught in 45 minutes. I kept the 42cm and gave my friend the 46cm, for taking me out on his boat. We both had some really large mackerel hit the lures also. Thank you once again for your excellent videos. My catch rates have improved greatly. Very rarely do my friend and I take a fish home. But I think on this occasion, it was meant to be. Tight lines.

Wow what a fantastic meal, say thanks to Jim for passing on his vast knowledge to us. We'll done to James for trying some. I shall get myself a bream from the fishmongers and cook myself a meal along these lines but only being by myself I shall just do the peppers and potatoes to go with it. The only thing that I'll change is that I never use any salt with my cooking, personally I think that it masks the taste of the food. I never understand why professional chefs use so much. However this is just my opinion as you know from my previous comments. I really look forward to Jim's cooking videos, we can't all catch our fish but we can cook it, keep them coming.⁸
