Healthy Sprout Salad Recipe
Discover a refreshing and nutritious salad that’s perfect for any meal! Our Healthy Sprout Salad is packed with protein-rich sprouts and a variety of fresh vegetables for a deliciously wholesome dish.
Ingredients:
1 cup Moong Dal (Green Gram)
1 cup Kala Chana (Black Chickpeas)
1½ cups Mung Bean Sprouts
1 cup Horse Gram Sprouts
1 cup Corn
1 cup Banana Stem, diced
1 Tomato, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
1 Carrot, grated
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Chili Powder
Chaat Masala (optional, to taste)
Instructions:
Soak the Moong Dal and Kala Chana in water for 2 hours.
Drain and rinse the soaked beans.
Combine Moong Dal, Kala Chana, Mung Bean Sprouts, Horse Gram Sprouts, and Corn in a large bowl.
Add the diced Banana Stem, chopped Tomato, Onion, and grated Carrot.
Season with Salt, Chili Powder, and Chaat Masala (if using).
Mix well and serve chilled or at room temperature.
