You wanted to have a barbecue, but the weather was bad? No problem! Try this delicious shashlik from the oven and enjoy the taste of summer on your tongue.
I͟͟n͟͟g͟͟r͟͟e͟͟d͟͟i͟͟e͟͟n͟͟t͟͟s͟͟:
1.2 kg roast beef
520g onions
800g chopped tomatoes
285g sour cream
2 tablespoons salt
2 teaspoons pepper
2 teaspoons dried garlic
Grill at 250°C for 30 minutes. Turn after 15 minutes.
