AcfuAlLy: There are a lot of prides with more than one male. Sometimes even more. And they're always all brothers. So it makes sense for Mufasa and Scar to be both in the pride. My two cents

The creators of the movie chose to have mufasa and scar related by blood to make scars betrayal more dramatic. In nature lion Brothers when driven away from the pride of their birth will form a coalition to try and gain a pride of their own.

@@xxxnarurto5747 The emotionless photo-realistic artstyle instead of going back to 2D, the butchering of the titular character's backstory, how disappointed I became of the 2019 remake after watching it, and the fact that they don't seem to be making this movie be any amount better, are the main reasons why I'm already disappointed in this installmant and believe that Disney is making it as another desperate nostalgic cash-grab movie. I won't fall for that trick again, and I'm already extra excited for the Sonic 3 movie from Paramount because of how impressive the August 27 official full-length trailer is and for some other reasons too.

Mufasa is adopted by Uru and Ahadi because Scar/Taka look like his mum Uru with same fur colour while having green eyes and black mane like his father Ahadi and so i think Mufasa is adopted 😅❤

​@SimbasGuardWT Nope they are still brothers in this so called live universe. Disney are just messing it up. The line in the 2019 movie 'I was first inline, that is until the precious prince arrived' is the same as 1994's 'I was first inline until that hairball was born'. Classic Monarch structure, The Kings First born son is the heir to the throne, Mufasa inherited the throne from his blood father Ahadi and then Scar is next inline until there is a prince, so now that Simba exists, Simba will take over from Mufasa, Scar explains this in both movies. So no they are clearly brothers. They just changed the story for the sake of changing the story and it makes a lot of the dialogue not make sense. Why would scar care if Simba was born if it's not a Monarch?
