The dead officer's partner recanted his story and told the Courts that she did not have a weapon and did not shoot anyone. The FBI Crime lab said that she did not have any gunpowder residue on her hands and her fingerprints were not on any of the guns or murder weapon. The Pathologist said that *her arms were up and that's how bullets entered her underarm exiting her clavicle*. Evidence and testimony from the FBI Crime Lab, Pathologist, and Officer's partner supports the FACT that she did not commit this heinous crime. Yet, she was still sentenced to life+30years, held in a Male Prison in solitary confinement for 2years where she gave birth to her daughter. She was imprisoned for 6yrs, beaten and mistreated by a group of female Guards, watched 24hrs a day even during what should have been private moments and after her transfer to a woman's facility escaped to freedom.
