😂😂 I had no idea denise was still doing this .good for her...I was an aerobics instructor as well in the 1980s to 1990s...I am couple years older but have worked out now 42 years...I also now live where she grew up 😂❤

Thank you Denise for sharing. I love your videos you’re the best. Do you have to use a heavy weight to gain muscle I’m not at a heavy weight I only use the 3 pounds. Will I still get my so that way I’m 59 years old.
