It does make sense and my family has been in Construction and Farming for more than 100 years now as labor, including me. So Economically depressed citizens who have lived their whole lives here will be able to go back to work. Saying that it costs too much to employ Americans or that we won't do the job is False Rhetoric. Remember that labor is a FRACTION of the cost of construction. By also penalizing companies who employ illegal immigrants we open up competition again for these construction bids for independent contractors, which have always been the backbone of construction. As someone who is now an Information Systems Architect, as an ethical rule, I have always ONLY hired people who could prove American Citizenship. I'm someone who would wake up in the morning at 3am, from a homeless shelter, to walk to Labor Ready and stand in a line, to work these same jobs, before I started college. I think you overlook that there is already a diverse and large population of people having a difficult time. Don't look at people's skin color and determine their fortunateness, by definition that's racist. I came from an era where people wouldn't hire illegal immigrants out of RESPECT for the Citizens who wanted to work. I don't think that's wrong, I think we should go back to that. I remember not being able to get a job at a TYSON Chicken Processing Plant in my home town because I didn't speak Spanish. A place where my mother had worked before she became a Registered Nurse and was a single mom of 2. I became an Independent Contractor in my field, because I saw that even Computer Science industry was changing to only hire immigrant workers and push out White Males. Even if I was top of my class, top scoring in the world and despite my previous work history. Companies would not hire me, because I was a White Male. So all of the illegals can simply go home and take the job skills they learned from us back home to hopefully improve their countries living conditions. Sure the housing crisis and lack of affordable housing is a complicated issue, but homeless Americans 250,000 Citizens face unfair housing competition by an unprecedented estimated 12 million people here illegally. Giving our countries resources BACK to the people that paid taxes for them. Not to mention the 6 Million Citizens who are currently unemployed. How are we going to afford deportation? I don't think we can afford not to do so. IF you want a Black Female President, we could give you Condoleezza Rice. For now the Majority has Spoken.

It cost too much to pay Americans because of all of the regulations and red tape that we have in place Also, you complaining about how we're going to afford deporting these people. They are costing us money right now. I love how people complain about how we're going to essentially take care of ourselves by removing a problem. But Lord forbid you have illegal immigrants here and you have Ukraine that's in trouble. We give the money and we provide them aid without issue. But you have hurricane victims, the Ohio victims, Hawaii victims and what do they get? $700 but Ukraine or will give them billions of dollars. The immigrants here will put them up in hotels. Will give them $3,000 credit cards that basically have no limits and we'll take care of them and spend billions of dollars when they murder somebody. Even though we know that they are a known criminal and that we've deported them before, what happens? Oh, they're just let out of the police station. No, it's time to start taking care of ourselves does not matter what the cost. I would have rather spend money on us than other people. You take care of your house first before you take care of your neighbors. Otherwise your house will still burn down

Nobody has seen anything get any better in years. When the government is corrupt, BOTH SIDES, what is the solution? It's more than just opening up the federal land. He's also going to be loosening up a lot of regulations revolving around construction and housing. The cost that it takes just to get the raw materials is sky high. Not to mention energy cost and then just to acquire the land with the permits and what not. It is ridiculous and it's been that way for a long time. Those are people's biggest things in terms of construction and building is getting that red tape out of the way so they can get to work
@yolandasylla2465Ай бұрын
Let’s not forget that 90% of building regulations is local government not federal. Local government is the MAIN ISSUE If they worked with builders and loosen regulations it def would smoothen things up. Try buying land and building your house and you’ll see what I mean. It’s not easy at all so I feel for builders

@@thehumanrebuildd agree he’s a real estate guy BUT hes involved in making deals with cities to let him build his buildings and pay to get his building plans pass inspection fast and get things approved. That’s all local government not Federal. The issue we have is affordable houses so it’s a supply and demand issue. At the end of the day however we slice it the federal government has limited power and legislation will not change that, that’s why states exist to regulate what happens in their backyard. I’m in Tx and we build small homes and no administration has ever had power to mandate local government. They can but treasury bonds to lower mortgage rates to make it easier and less costly to borrow money for the buyer or allow Fannie and Freddie to increase the amount they will back up etc but law states that states regulate law on what can be built when and how and they asses value and collect taxes. 47 needs to focus on monetary policy and reducing debt. All those other promises will get us in deeper shit financially and remember he will be 82 when he leaves and we have to keep paying for all they are about to spend. There’s no easy way out of this whole and no one wants to look bad so they will spend like Biden did, actually more because the country is broke but we have the power to print and kick the can down the Rd

The demand dictates the price of the home! If there's not enough homes to sell, prices will go up if people are fighting to buy them. You didn't tackle how deregulating and gutting the CFPB will also contribute to an uncontrolled housing boom that will result in a more catastrphic housing bubble that will dwarf the last one that happened.

@@bjornstahle4652 But where are all those homes? Not all of them are in areas where people tend to want to settle for reasons other than just wanting to have a home. @TheVuduYuDuАй бұрын
That's not a plan. Especially considering here in FL it's not immigrants, legal or otherwise causing the increase in demand. FL has plenty of homes, unfortunately zombie homes. The Surfside condominium collapse (Champlain Towers) speaks to the need of regulation, especially as far a zoning is concerned instead of less and the states approach to rectifying the issue which is essentially little more than passing a new cost onto condo owners has only made the crisis worse. Trump's "plan" feels like what has already been done in FL which in the long run has done little for residents but has put plenty of money in the pockets of investors, many who don't even live in the country let alone the state.

I know many of you have been conditioned to believe you are too good to be part of a black Nation, well how is that belief been working out for you the last 400 years? 🤟🏿 This country is not a place for African Americans to feel hurt because they did not win the presidency, Obama's win was a pure miracle. It's not that nobody wants that. We're not going to vote on somebody just because they're a woman or just because they are black. That is the dumbest reason why to vote for a person that is a brain dead vote She was nothing good for us as Americans. All you have to do is look at how she spent money on her campaign and how Trump spent money for his campaign. He was in a surplus by the end of it and at the end of hers she was in a deficit and is now asking her supporters for money when she got a billion dollars in funding in 2 months. If she cannot manage her money for a campaign, I can only imagine how much worse it would be for a country Also again, we don't care about your race or your gender for who's going to be in office. What we do care about is if you're good for the country. Lots of people, especially women do want Candice to run
