Derek Carr deserve whats coming for him. Thats a ring because what kind of QB still stayed with the Raiders for 9 yrs and took it with pride a team with a losing season. And wanted to take this team to the Super Bowl and win us a ring. I'm glad he was our QB for many yrs and am grateful to call him a Raider. Like Al Davis said "May he rest in peace". "Once a Raider, Always a Raider". That's what a Raider is all about taking the commitment to excellence to heart and giving it your all on the field. For those who keeps disrespecting him. You know, when it's all said and done, I'm gonna miss Carr and he's going to go down in history as one of the all-time best Raiders. It's a shame that certain fans cant appreciate him now while he's still playing. He plays with heart, class, respectability, and competition. He plays with mamba mentality. I've watched this man be one of the very few consistent players on our team for every year since we drafted him. It's not his fault that he's had such a broken franchise weigh him down. He's never complained either. Now that our team is looking perhaps the best he's had in his career, I'm very confident that Carr will take up to the promised land one day. The truest RAIDER that I've ever seen don the silver and black. He may not have gotten the job done but he was loyal. Everyone talks about the injury and not being the same afterwards. But let's talk about all the adversity he went through as a RAIDER. He's be scrutinized and ran over by the bus a few times. We ALWAYS get rid of the good ones and spend years trying to get back what we lost. Carr will be just like some of those players. Wish we could have gotten to the big game and made history. What a great video! I like Derek Carr and I think he’s our franchise quarterback, But I’m not afraid to criticize him if he performed badly. I just worry about him sometimes because he hasn’t gotten over his PTSD with injuries. I just hope he does better after that loss to New England. Personally it’s not all his fault but it’s also the defense and his offense. Let’s just say that Gruden called a bad game and they need a lot of work of improvements for the Bills. He can improve by: 1. Stop panicking and making an incomplete pass or interceptions. 2. Throw at the right person at the right time. 3. Don’t hold on the ball for too long. Overall, this should be a wake up call because 2020 is ours! #RN4L

Josh Ocampo Thank you! 🙏🏽 There are things he absolutely need to work on but I think for the most part he did pretty okay. Dude was missing out on his starting line men as well! No Trent or Incognito plus no deep threat like Ruggs to go compliment as well cus Waller was covered most of the time. I def agree on Gruden he made no adjustments and Bill Belichick absolutely outcoached him overall. You could tell cus of the time outs he was taking on us. I also felt at times we could have won this game based on the first half early on when we were getting to Cam but some mental mistakes also hurt us along the way. We'll clean it up against the Bills. Short week in NE is never easy and just faced a very great coach.
