From what I've read, it's less effective because the alcohol helps the skin absorb the treatment. It will work, but not as well.

Yes, you could create your own Fin/Min solution by doing that. But only if you crush the fin into a real fine powder. And that is very hard to do. I would not recommend doing it tbh

Hi, would you advise microneedling on towel dry (damp) hair to make it easier for the dermastamp to reach the skin? I have longer hair that tends to get in the way especially when dry. Also, how long did it take for your hair to get to the thickness you have now after starting Fin and Minoxidil? I’ve only been on fin for nearly 6 months for thinning hair but not seeing any improvement in thickness.

It's okay to use the derma roller as long as the needles are sharp and unbroken. So check the needles before you use it. Normally, one derma roller can last several months.

Derma rolling goes into your skin at like an angle which can damage your scalp and is less effective, , while a pen goes directly in, if you only have a roller you can stamp your scalp repeatedly which gives a similar effect as a pen.

Depends on you hair loss finastiride is weak medicine only for low hairloss stadium in advanced baldness you should get Dutasteride to stop hair loss. You should also take minoxidil tablets to dilate the blood vessels which will ensure better new hair growth. Don't look for help on KZbin or local doctors, you will only waste your time. Make an appointment with a specialist in this field in your country and he will take care of you
