Thanks first But If I need to boost the voltage instead of bucking it what should I do please ? As the input voltage is 15v and the output voltage now is 5v!

Are you assuming the value Io to be 3A here?

Io is not assumed. It's value is calculated by VO/R.

It is the ripple value that you have to select for designing a suitable value of capacitor

I would suggest you to go through Daniel Hart text book. You will understand the concepts clearly and will be able to corelate.

the convertor is designed for Vo= 6v why we getting 5v as output?

It's according to the design procedure. Please refer to the analysis of sepic converter to understand it better.

Sir How we can design for duty cycle greater 0.5.As I have taken randomly values for Vs and Vo ,R .Acc. to it calculate other values but in simulation output voltage show zero value and I have taken -15 and output voltage is 0.19 something

@@ajaybhati9624 If you take random values that is what you get. You need to design the circuit acc to the procedure.

Sir Circuit works for 0.5 greater duty cycle actually pulse generator positioning wrong ho gai thi thank you sir for channel and helps in making my project
