hi why do i feel like im falling forward when following your advice on chair lumbar support maybe its because im using the ticova ergonomic chair and it feels like its making me sit up right so i end up leaning forward and having neck/forearm discomfiorrt

J'ai acheté des pieds réglables Ikea, et après quelques essais, en fonction de la hauteur de ma chaise où je suis confortable, j'ai trouvé que 62 cm de hauteur pour mon bureau était idéal. Je suis franchement étonné parce que je mesure 1,85 m, ce qui signifie qu'en moyenne les gens devraient avoir un bureau plus bas que le mien pour être confortable. Or j'ai remarqué que la plupart des bureaux ont une hauteur comprise entre 65 et 70 cm. Le plus incroyable, ce sont les bureaux réglables en hauteur qui devraient justement répondre à ce besoin et qui sont très peu nombreux à proposer une hauteur minimale de 60 cm. J'ai l'impression que les gens qui achètent un bureau ergonomique sont la plupart du temps condamnés à acheter un repose-pieds ergonomique.

Cela m''étonne un peu, pour être honnête: pour 90% de la population occidentale, la hauteur de bureau assis est entre 68 et 76cm. Ce n'est pas directement proportionnel à la taille (on peut faire 1,85m avec des longs tibias et des cuisses courtes, ou l'inverse: ça changera tout). Mais 62cm est particulièrement bas. J'ai déjà vu ça chez des gens petits qui travaillent pieds nus, mais chez les grands cela n'arrive que quand l'humérus est très long. Vérifiez que vous n'êtes pas assis trop bas, par acquit de conscience...
