As far as #Thedawning Cozy Cat Emote is concerned for new players or People who just don't want to pay for the event the easiest chair glitch to get is the 'Seat Of Power' He mentioned it briefly in the video, It can be obtained Via doing one of the challenges the 30th anniversary by completing expert Dares of eternity with a fire team of 4 or less members, might take a few runs to succeed as it can be difficult but worth it honestly

This is a glitch you can buy for silver. These emotes are somewhat Rare, and new ones aren't introduced that often.
