@@Trunks_esp__ it doesn’t have to be darkness. Guardians have a history of killing each other, including their ghosts. The most notable one is the lore of shayura which was introduced with the trials loot haul in s13. All of the phyrric ascent armour, as well as a couple of the trials weapons we’ve gotten since then(igneous, shayuras wrath; reeds) are about her. Her story is she hates darkness and goes on to hunt guardians who use stasis, or side with the house of light(fallen from s14). On one of the armour pieces, she went to Venus and killed an eliksni as well as a stasis hunter with her smg. And all she needed to do was shoot his ghost. All that goes to say I don’t think it’s canon or necessary that only darkness weapons and abilities will be able to kill a ghost. Also, shayuras lore is a pretty good read. If you google it, you can find a more compressed and simplified version of the whole story but if you want to read it yourself, read all the new trials armour lore(starting from the helmet of course, but idk about starting from another particular class) as well as the lore for shayuras wrath and reeds regret.

Yes, there are hive guardians. But they don’t seem to be able to switch between something like blade barrage to Golden Gun. The solar hive guardians seem to be limited to blade barrage, and they don’t seem able to switch elements/subclasses on the fly like we can. Also, it’d be fitting if it turns out stasis is they’re weakness, as light and dark are essentially polar opposites on either side of the spectrum.

My theory upon the red mysterious flowers is this: It’s some source of the light, maybe not the traveler’s light but rather some dark twisted source of faux light created by Savathün. The role they COULD play is that when interacted with- by either hive or guardians themselves it somehow buffs them. Making either or stronger in some way, or further increases ability/super charge. Honestly I believe that these could be the essence of the traveller scooped up, and experimented upon, and savanthün wanting to create hive guardians uses these to as such. Or they could be used to corrupt wandering ghosts searching for new lights, and turning them into dark blights for the seemingly endless hive armies. Think of the way Eliksni got their stasis powers, but more complicated.

Not sure if you heard the sound bute from the dreaming city. i was doing one of the ghost patrols and during it Shuro Cho mentions that the small red flowers around the dreaming city were rumored to have come from the black garden. when i watched your video i did the mission a day or so later and it kind of clicked for me. think maybe the red flowers in the throne world for Savathun are the same red flowers mentioned in the black garden? this is the lore "Pink asphodelia. It’s a cultivated strain said to descend from the flowers in the Black Garden. Among our people, Prince Uldren was the first to walk the Garden, and the first to bring these back."

I don't know if the hive-hunter's daggers are an instakill. If you look closely, before the hive-hunter teleports/dodges the player hops down off of a cliff, before the player hops off of the cliff, they are standing over the edge, shooting at the hive-hunter. While they are standing up against the edge, some more solar-daggers can be seen flying at the player, and they seem to connect, but not kill the player. This could mean that the player only died because they were already at half health, or it could mean that all 5 daggers need to connect to kill you, and if some of them miss you'll survive.

What if those flowers help Savathūn creat the hive ghosts. Because to be a guardian you must die and we first see those flowers blooming from a dead thrall. And if those do come from the dead and since death is required to be a guardian or enter selection, Savathun could be possibly creating them due to this.
