Kind of sums up my gripe with Felwinter's as a social space. It's this beautiful, and now huge space, that I have no reason to visit except once a week to pick up bounties and an artifact. I still have to go back to the tower for everything else, be that faction packages, vanguard/crucible/cryptard lvl up, and to a lesser extent Xur and the blueprint kiosks. But of course they made sure there was an Eververse kiosk there.

FUCK plus a raid, a new strike and a remastered one, up to 400 light when it comes out, a bunch of new weapons, included some classics from year one returning, 4 new exotic quests. A bunch of missions, future events such as upgraded IB, SRL, and bungie might surprise us with some other ones. Can't forget that you can play crucible and probably will with trials and all the new gear that will bring. And hard mode plus challenges for hard mode. A new unique artifact system and can't forget a secret in the new social space (probably activates when you get all 8 artifacts attuned. Also some more new exotics, wow so little for $30 huh?

Aimzyyy You may think you are listing a bunch of great "new" things, but you kinda aren't when you compare it to their other expansions. Every DLC needs a raid (saw that in HoW), we normally get 2 (3 if ps4) new strikes plus a remastered. The only new weapons are a few exotics (standard), while everything else is the same gun models we've had but with a different paint job (including the raid weapons). This is the same for armor and class items as well, they are mostly year 1 models from vanilla with a different paint job. It's more like 2-3 new exotic quests. Thorn is almost identical to what it was in year 1, and while the Gally quest is new the gun itself isn't, we've had it all along so the quest itself makes no sense. A bunch of new missions? No. The story, whilst interesting, is a pathetically short 5 missions that takes no more than an hour to beat, which ruins a cool story for me. The rest of the missions/quests you get pretty much solely revolve around killing stuff while on patrol in the plaguelands. SRL, Trials, and IB are nothing new, and for the most part are just a spin on something people already do (crucible). Also IB hasn't been "upgraded", it's just been made easier to get gear. As for the crucible, similar to the strikes, we got fewer new maps, though we did get a generic fps mode in kill confirmed. As for hardmode raid, again this is nothing new. The raid itself is enjoyable, but as a whole it's one of the shortest and easiest raids. The story and engagement with npcs on the raid also feels way more disconnected than ones like CE or KF. New and unique artifact system? You mean each week you pick up a "quest" that has you yet again go patrol the plaguelands and then go pick your artifact? Secret place in the social space? You mean climbing the mountain, or getting outside the door to explore what you already did in the first mission? I'm not saying I haven't enjoyed RoI, but for $30 it is heavily lacking when compared to other expansions. Dark Below and House of Wolves (what RoI was compared to size wise) were both $20 each and felt like it. Taken King was $40, and with all the actual new stuff they added it felt like it too.

SneakyBeaver Better than nothing. Bungie even said they were thinking of how they can make old raids relevant and I understand where you're coming from but this is just week 2, we still have months of stuff they can do like sleeper simulant, new exotics like zen meteor, events like SRL and like I said possibly some new ones. I'm enjoying it and It hasnt brought as much content as TTK but that also brought an entire new light leveling system and was $40. Later on in TTK we saw events and new exotics being added and i think theyll do that even more on RoI. If this was all the content added this entire year until Destiny 2, I would be mad. But it's just halfway through the first month.

Aimzyyy That's kind of my main worry, having enough fresh stuff to last a year until Destiny 2. A lot of the changes they made to RoI seem to revolve around giving you more options to level up quicker and get better gear easier (Raid chest/Ability to re-roll raid armor/Set raid weapon perks/Skeleton Keys/Iron Banner bounties/so on) which I think is a good thing. However, because it's easier to get more/better loot I find that I'm flying through content/light levels quicker than ever.

There are actually 2 Siva cluster here. One at the top as soon as you fly over and one about half way down. When you get to the bit were you slid down the snow slope thing in the original story, now obviously you can't run up the slope. Turn to the left and walk carefully around the edge, a few metres in under a bush is another Siva cluster

As Kahootz said, the raid weapons change when you upgrade them, specifically when you upgrade the final node. They start off as a regular foundry weapon (albeit, black with a SIVA decal), then they have wires and SIVA nodules all over them. Heck, I keep thinking the auto is a shotgun when the sights are down, with all those nodules on the sides.

That's been around since The Taken King. Just a special patrol that pops up after you do a certain amount of patrols, and it just gives you strange coins which is different from other patrols.

Easier and I dont have to spend thousands upon thousands to keep the damn rig up to date due to the insane curve with new GPU's and shit developed all the time. I'd say at least once a year , earlier when it was really crazy it was almost every 6 months with a new GPU if you want to keep up. And I dont want that personally. If the GPU development would come to a standstill and say enough is enough then ok. But as it is now, it is to costly to get a good gaming rig with all that includes. A console is more affordable for the masses imo.
