Love these old stories these genius share! Magnificent! I've been a fan of GT since day one, or when I went over to my late buddy Lawrence's digs and here he listening to this album "Move It On Over" or LP on his phonograph, lol, it was an old turntable type stereo system, lol. Sat there and listened to the whole album over some beers and clouds of smoke. Not long after I went and bought the album and an 8-track for my early bird TA. I've been to dozens of GT's concerts when they came to town. One time he GT & D were in Calgary, Edmonton and Grande Prairie, AB I went to all three. I took 3 of my 5 daughters to a concert. The last one in GP I took my youngest daughter Sam, we were standing right in front, wow was that loud. Anyways, Sam's friend came squeezed in and a wee-bit tipsy, and ol" George was standing right in front of us. Sam's friend flashed ol" George her 38's and ol" George's look!😳 was priceless! She did this a number of times, okay maybe 2 or 3 times but ol" George finally moved away from the bouncy scene🙃😊😅...that was an awesome concert, they are are! My ears rang for a week☺. I hope he come back to Alberta one last time, PLEASE!👏
