They hate it as much as everyone else and wish to never get back there. But at the same time those peoples are so far gone into their darkness that they can't stop themselves from doing it.. so these guys would do anything, ANYTHING, to continue without never getting caught.. that's when they stop taking advantage of their surrounding to lure kids into s*x (by that i mean like touching a family related child or stuff like that).. after jail they start kidnapping kids and when they are done, they make them dissapear to never get caught. To be honest… I feel like I just realized that most of Dexter’s kills are outside of the code. The code, by my understanding, was supposed to be invoked when a murderer got away with a murder, whether it be by never getting caught in the first place or the killer getting off through bullshit technicalities, etc. But Dexter actively sabotaged investigations and altered evidence for the express purpose of making sure the killers got off so he could be free to kill them. So I feel like a vast majority of Dexter’s kills weren’t actually in line with Harry’s Code. I’ve watched the show close to 30 times in my lifetime so that’s just my thoughts after actually thinking about it just now.

What is the song in the episode it begins in at video start? 0:10 this shit is FIRE. I need me some of that musix
The boat scene as they pan over him in the beginning you CLEARLY see the trailer under like some of the shit you see in multi million dollars in production type show and they miss that is wild

Nothing is worse than him breaking the code to kill Logan in New Blood… completely ruined the spinoff for me
@ethanhart1295 ай бұрын
Eh, it made sense to me. Dexter was willing to kill both LaGuerta and Doakes
@TheMikster955 ай бұрын
It actually is a good thing he killed Logan because he finally broke the code at the series finale. The problem was that Logan isn’t an important character so it was wasted. Dexter doenst change and that’s a bad thing.
@curlbeats235 ай бұрын
And he was panicking for no real reason. All Angela had on him was some needle marks and Ketamine (which he didnt even use in Miami). Also his story for Matt Caldwell's death and him being set up by Kurt made a lot of sense considering he knew about his secret basement.

At 0:45, what did Dexter lose? A tooth or what?
@clownloops25 күн бұрын
Yes one of his teeth & later that day or the following day he did the crime scene. Noticed as he was explaining how this guy was killed, he got his tooth

Never again will a Netflix show have this much drama and tension and just amazing and the actor is awesome absolutely perfect nobody could of played Dexter Morgan but him
@ukaszw66233 ай бұрын
It’s not a Netflix show. Basically any good tv series on Netflix was not done by Netflix imo but just streamed there. In Netflix show Dexter would be a lgbtq+ killing his victims with big pink dildo as a code
@smile4cs3 ай бұрын
i think deb technically fit the code by the end of the series

he fits Dexter's code annyways but the reason why one would argue becasue the guy actually wasn't a killer but he was still a serial child predator

Jonathan Farrow was justified because he blackmail women for nude photos yet stalking them to raping them to point Jonathan Farrow attempted rape Debra, going after Dexter's family member

Dexter suffered the fate as Breaking Bad in the sense that it went from being calculated and meticulous with its killings before it turned into "the main character is indestructible and kills everybody"
@daylightsober613820 күн бұрын
Eh, not really, Walter White was always meticulous and calculated to the very last episode. Everything he did was planned out.

I can make an argument for two more "code" violations: 1. Dan the Dentist (the Barrel Girl Gang/Season 5): Dexter did not sufficiently vet him and the kill took place too quickly. 2. Nick (Brother Sam's fallen member/Season 6): Nick WAS guilty, but it was clear that Dexter killed him in anger or revenge (not justice). That was how Brian Moser reappeared as the Dark Passenger for the rest of that episode and the next one.
