Millets are highly nutritious grains. They are rich in many vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. The unhulled grains are good for bird consumption whereas the hulled grains are extremely beneficial for humans.

मैंने दो बार क्रमशः 45 और 85 दिनों तक मिलेट्स खाया पर कोई फायदा नहीं हुआ। मेरा BP ठीक नहीं हुआ।
