My husband is diagnosed by diabetes in 2017 till now without medicines he is maintaining his sugar level his hba1c is 6.3. So no need to worry if you are tested with diabetes.proper diet and exercise is medicine.

I'm type 1 diabetes patient I'm so tired 😩 with this problem my level sugar are not controlled by any medicine and insulin 1 year ago I will try to killed myself but thankfully i have my sister he give it to me ayurvedic medicine From Amazon Bet capsule and livcon capsule I swear this medicine solved my problem my sugar level are in control in above 1-2 months and now my insulin units are getting lower day by day this medicine saves my lifeԅ⁠(⁠ ͒⁠ ⁠۝ ͒⁠ ⁠)⁠ᕤ

Thanks for your kind information I'm 50yr on 08.08.22 my 1st sugar test was RBS 391, In GH given metformin 2per day but I used one. After one month on 08.09.22 test was i.e PPBS 151 As per your advice still I'm strictly eating 10% carbs 50% raw vegetables and 40% clocked veg. Now I feel good but how long I follow the metformin. Please advise....

I'm not a doctor but I will tell what worked for me. Mg A1. Was 11.9 in July. Reduced carbs a lot. Did water fasting on alternate days. Avoided all packed food loaded with sugar and carbs. Added more fat and protein. No added sugar. Daily at least 30 mins of any physical activity. A simple long walk should do the trick. Reduced 8.5 kgs and got a healthy BMI and waist-hip ratio. You can discuss this with your physician and follow this. Considering your age, please dont do anything without consulting your doctor

In case of taking tablets for nearly 13 years can it be reversible. I font want to take tablets . Please advice . I hsve 2 and a half stents in my heart . Sir I request you sir please reply my comment. My 11 year daughter has fibroid in her right side chest it's size is 1.5 CM. I don't want to involve her in surgery instead of that can l give kalarchikai sir and if I give that i afraid it may affect her age attain problem.
