Dear Dr, but all these days Doctors normally advice for diabetic patients to take five times meal to maintain sugar level under control. Now as per your advice we should take only three meals a day. I fully agree with you and you explained in an excellent way why morning fasting sugar at times is more than limits. So the age old theory of splitting meals to five times a day should be discontinued and stick to our traditional three meals a day . However we should stick to the quantity portion of the three meals we take based on our sugar levels. Can you please confirm if my understanding is correct DR.

Just 2 biscuits aavadu edithupen. Sugar podala na talright panna mudiyuthu. Aana tablet edutha anda time la sapdalana shivering aagidu. Enga doctor mild aa spilit panni sapda solarar. Enna pannanum
