Am maintaining sugar levels... but could you please explain the other dietary sources you have mentioned like alphalepolic etc., as Doctors are prescribing only Gabapentin & Pregabalin beside methylcobalmin... Dr Mohan, is it okay to take pregabalin-duloxetine (50/20) for 6 weeks for mild diabetic neuropathy (and possible mild depression) if one is on rasagiline 0.5 mg and pramipexole SR 1 mg for Parkinsons? Dear Dr. Thank you very much for this video. It is really helpful. One general question I had is the following. I have seen some people suggesting that eating more (say 5 or 6) smaller meals a day is better than eating 3 regular meals. They say that larger meals increase glucose (and therefore insulin secretion) more than smaller meals. Smaller quantities of insulin secretion more frequently is better than larger quantities 3 times a day. Is this true, especially in the long term management of diabetes ? Thanks !
