Ok so I've been following along for a few days now and have been noticing positive results. I am posting because I'm not post partum I'm actually a dude. A strong fit dude that is experiencing diastasis recti despite years of advanced strength training. I will be recommending these workouts for sure. Thank you for making them available and approachable.

As a midwestern postpartum mom I appreciate the “uffda” at the end of the workout, cause I’m saying the same these workouts are exactly what I was looking for and I’m loving them!

I love your videos! I'm using your 30-day plan for the second time, and I'm noticing myself getting stronger every day! I wonder if the next round of this plan could include baby-wearing workouts! Especially in the early months, I barely put the babe down and it would be great to do some weighted workouts with babe in the carrier!

Wow ! I am on a mission to improve my PF strength ! As an active woman, it's just a pain having to worry about bathroom breaks and discomfort. I've been working on it since Feb and never knew you had routines or a schedule ! I'm sure it's no big deal if I'm not postpartum. We are all women and therefore all need to pay attention ! I will go right over and check out your program ASAP !

Oh my God this was really hard.. squeezing the ball in each workout needs that much strength. Its a really effective workout to strengthen your core and heal diastasis recti in a short period of time. You will certainly feel great strength in your body after the workout

Trying to do these faithfully during my first trimester (10 weeks) to heal from some coning/doming from last pregnancy, a year+ ago. Wondering if you recommend either elevated or fore-arm planks during pregnancy, or do you recommend those modifications more for second trimester?

I would recommend modifying to an incline as your pregnancy progresses!

Does having a lower navel one make a difference to healing time and if you have to restrict from other moves as much? Above is tight as a button. I found your vids and have followed for a week now. Not sure if mine is from kids ( youngest is 15!) Putting weight on or what but I had major surgery for cancer 2 yrs ago and so need to rebuild my core and these are really helping anyway so thank you 💖

I don't think that would impact recovery time! I'd try incorporating these workouts 3-5 times a week and see how you feel!

Yes! You could use a throw pillow!
