If you need to score points or set up a pin, the body lock throw is an offensive wrestling technique that can help.
You can work on the body lock throw in practice. Start by lining up in front of your partner in an over-under position. Lock your hands on your opponent’s far waist, step around their near leg, sit by sinking your hips and then bring your partner over your near leg and down to the mat.
