100% here for the SA drama! (Well and quota bag unboxings obvi). Getting frustrated with my SA as I’ve shopped with her for over 1.5yrs, generous pre-spend, and still no quota bag. Sometimes she isn’t as responsive but otherwise has been pretty good about getting things I’ve asked for. In June she almost assured me that I could get a dream bag before the end of the yr… now I can’t even get the hat box I was promised for the crazy expensive hat I bought 🙄 so glad I’m not the only one with drama!

Look, Hermes do watch social media posts, there's no way they don't know about your KZbin video though I'm sure they would never admit it, so now they will make sure to not disappoint you too much so people who watch your video would not be discouraged to shop at Rodeo. And your SA definitely saw your purchase history at other stores and figure out you have no problem entering new relationships other than with him. 😂
