Hey Roxy. I used to have roach issues as well and I have tried several different sprays and professional cleaning companies and have not been able to get rid of them until I started to use "Advion Cockroach Gel Bait". They come in little tubes and can be bought from Amazon. Works like a charm and haven't seen any in years. They take the bait and kills the source which is what sprays don't do. Hope it helps!

Roxy, I agree with you completely. Roaches are my number one f-this I can’t do it thing. We had several issues living in NC and PA with them. Moved recently to NH and nothing yet (knock on wood, maybe the cold helps us). I had one on my kitchen counter one night in NC and took forever trying to trap it because I refused to smash it on the counter. They disgust me so much, you are NOT crazy in thinking this and you’re not alone

This is why I love the Thursday shows. They go off the rails lol. I'm glad Roxy gave us an update on her nympho neighbor. I've been wondering what's going on with her lately. As happy as I am for her neighbor and as much as I support sex work (if that's even what she's doing), I think Roxy or someone in that building needs to talk to her about the noise and the garbage. In Roxy's case, if it's interfering with doing auditions and ending up with roaches in her apartment, then that's a problem. Speaking of roaches, I wish I knew Roxy personally because I would absolutely love to exploit her fear of them. Oh the fun I could have lol. As for her TV picks, 3 Body Problem has my interest, but I don't know when I'll be able to get to it. That Constellation show also sounds intriguing. I definitely need to watch Quiet On The Set. I was a kid in the early 90s and pretty much all my favorite shows were on Nickelodeon, so I'll have to make time for that one. And I'm all for Katy O'Brien joining Mission: Impossible 8. She's awesome in everything she's in.

The origins of the Jedi is interesting to me. David S Goyer wrote a scriptment for a movie, Benioff and Weiss were developing a trilogy, and now Mangold is making a film. It seems to be something that Lucasfilm has been wanting to explore for awhile.

This has made me want to explore certain series or characters more. I love Ben Grimm/Thing. I love how old school East Coast he is. Tough but can be humbled and caring. Unfortunately Disney was forced to do this because they fumbled the conclusion of Game of Thrones season 8 so bad. They will get an executive producer credit so that's something. My parents always told me to be careful about how you leave your last job and that's especially the case in Hollywood. They literally destroyed their reputation with Game of Thrones season 8. They would have been better off handing off the show to someone else in season 6 and taken an executive producer credit. Then their reputation would have remained intact. You see they haven't done much after Game of Thrones, I hear that 3 Body Problem didn't even last a week at number one on Netflix. Here we are 5 years later and their reputation still hasn't recovered in the industry. I feel sorry for them that's a hard lesson to learn.

I think it's very possible that Mangold created his pitch completely independently of the B&W idea which was, in of itself, not an entirely original idea seeing as it had been told in the old EU before. The awkwardness is perhaps not from the fact their work was handed to Mangold, but that his idea for it has seemingly gained more traction than theirs, which is bound to feel slightly annoying for any creator. I just hope that their ideas stay private so that when Mangold's film comes out, we don't get a whole load of "B&W's idea was better" discourse. It's always easy to convince yourself that something unmade would've been better than something that was.

People always assume wrongly that Thrones was gonna please everyone like SW, MCU, HarryPotter, Twilight etc. It was always all about grim tragedy & subvert all fantasy tropes. People also never realized that the last season was in fact very successful, broke records & won awards including Best Drama Series of the year. Also contrary to popular BS belief, it wasn't rushed, they spent two years to make it while all other seasons (go check) they took like 1 year only. Also MANY forget that they initially said years ago that they wanted it to end at season 7. If they didn't care and wanted to rush, why do all that??!

How much of an "idea" is it really to make a movie about the first Jedi? That sounds like one of the "ideas are like a**holes, everyone has one" ideas. The idea to do that has probably been had by 1000 other creatives that have pitched or attempted to pitch Lucasfilm. I don't think there's anything groundbreaking about it to be considered novel.

I'm gonna be real with. ya Roxy. Most guys in a relationship are gonna wanna see their partner at least once a week during the honeymoon period.
