Saw that somedays ago, it's a really great detail. I would like it to work when you spectate your teammate during an endurance race, or even spy other cars to understand their strategy

Amazing detail. Is there a chance to get a toggle, to turn off 2D crowds? I prefer to race in empty tracks, and the crowds break immersion for me (especially in replay). Grazie!

Yes, the crowd not very random. Turning it off sounds like a option I would use.

Saturday night I had a race in Zolder, and while I was going next to another M4, I turned my head to see spy on him about how much fuel he had. But the display was just black. Is it because I play ACC in Oculus VR?

I think you can't see how much fuel the other car has on board. You can't see that in the onboard HUD or the Replay as well.

the correct amount of fuel is only client side, so you can see it only at your own car

its a bit of a pain but you can change which monitor is your main monitor in windows to change the game display, not ideal but its something.
