As a child, I witnessed my mother being beaten by my father. I was 8 years old, crying and screaming for him to stop hurting her. I will NEVER FORGET the look in his eyes when he locked eyes with me and tore off her clothes in front of me while she was sobbing and screaming. This experience made me focus on people’s eyes. When I saw this Monster (P. Diddy), I told my friends, who were hyping him up, that I didn’t like him because of his eyes. They laughed. But if you have witnessed or experienced domestic violence, you know. To all the victims out there, I’m so sorry that we live in a world where glamour, fame, and power blind us, making others think that the most horrific experiences in your life are just about money and attention. You don’t deserve this and it’s not your fault. God bless you and I hope you’re in a much safer place.💔🙏

I am SO PROUD of that woman for everything she’s done for herself and for the other victims to expose him-it truly shows her inner strength and resilience. He uses 'Love' as a word that holds darkness. He calls himself love, he talks about everything being love, he says 'love' to Cassie as a threat, he goes out of his way to use Love to mean 'abuse, pain, torture, assault, evil'. In a very calculated way. He always uses 'love' when talking about his parties or when addressing victims, to me in hearing 'hate' like he says love and he means the absolute opposite on purpose. I know that's a weird detail to fixate on but it's something I keep noticing. Listen to him speak and all you hear is him describing love as himself and his actions, very carefully. When he addresses Cassie when receiving his award it's a threat or a keyword that means evil or hate or fear. Love to him is a twisted perverse evil thing and he pushes that onto everyone around him. It's a codeword or something. Makes my brain tick on over time. Cassie's bravery has shaken the ground that the diddler walks on. It doesn't matter that she settled, she opened the flood gates and paved the way for every victim to come forward. I hope wherever she is she's safe and knows how powerful she is in speaking out. Every victim is beyond brave in speaking out. May diddy suffer endlessly in this life and beyond. He's evil incarnate and deserves suffering tenfold.

I'm beyond grateful for the way you've handled this case with such professionalism and care. You didn't rush through it, trying to squeeze everything into one episode. Instead, you took the time to truly give it the attention it deserves by planning out four episodes. That decision alone speaks volumes about your commitment to telling the full story and giving space for every detail to be heard. As a survivor of abuse, it’s hard to put into words how much it means to see someone with a platform like yours not only addressing these difficult topics, but doing so in a way that feels so respectful and intentional. It's not just about telling the story-it's about giving the people affected by these horrors the dignity and justice they often never receive. You’re shining a light on things that so many people want to keep hidden, and in doing so, you're giving a voice to those who’ve felt silenced for so long. You have no idea how much hope this brings to people like me. Just knowing that there are people out there who are willing to listen, to learn, and to fight for what's right-it makes all the difference. You’re not just telling stories; you’re changing lives. You’re showing people that their pain matters, that what happened to them wasn’t their fault, and that there’s a whole community out there ready to stand with them. Thank you, Stephanie, for using your platform to give justice, for giving people like me a voice, and for making sure that these stories are told with the care and respect they deserve. This is the most comprehensive information I've heard so far about Cassie's lawsuit against Diddy. I feel so bad for her, I always liked her music, and I feel horrible knowing she was suffering through such horrible abuse. Im glad she is doing a little better now ❤

Thank you so much for covering this case. Im 16 and saying that high schoolers are very immature, they make jokes about this. And i never really knew what was happening. Im very invested in cases and watch many of your videos,which, have caused me to dig deeper. I now know what is really included in the case and the fact that people are joking about the situation is very disturbing. Ive seen your burning sun case aswell, which also made me look further and I have seen people supporting these disgusting people.

I bet! I was 16 in 2016, and the amount of horrendous jokes other teens make when you're just walking in the hallway to sensitive issues is just so disgusting... I'm sorry you have to hear that 😢 it really shows how depressing it all could be but I'm glad you're listening to these to make you more aware to things going on.. Even adults still don't have an ounce of compassion

I was trapped, locked in from the outside, in a room with a celebrity once. It was over 20 years ago. I barely escaped. It was so scary. It was similar to an fo. I never came forward, because who would belive me? I understand why some wait, seeing others come forward would help. It still affects me.

As a victim of DV and the many forms it takes, Cassie makes me feel hopeful and finally gives weight to the facts of what a victim really endures. From feeling terrified and not knowing where to turn or who to turn to, to the trauma and the way we traumatically adjust to stay composed even around our abuser and strangers, to the length of time it takes to finally be able to speak out and do something about it. The in's and out's really took highlight and paid homage to victims like myself and Cassie out there in his world who often become isolated, afraid, silenced and traumatized.

People dont realise victims often go back because theyre afraid of what will happen if they dont. Clearly that was the case here.

I was a victim between 5-10yo. Where is justice for us.... it makes me so mad. Then, I was a child bride victim whos mom and firt husband would have both served yime under current law. I am glad the change was made but... I have been on disability since I was 21. I am 44 now and the abuse ruined my life. I wish there was monetary support for survivors of long term child sexual abuse. It feels so unfair.
@HolysticMysticАй бұрын
Keep telling your story , make videos , post about the real deal. Go to public meetings where officials are present and talk about it . Gather others to support you so the law can pass to give more $$ and services to survivors. It does ruin lives and they need to hear it over and over til it changes
@suzannegaglie6146Ай бұрын
Another approach is to see a therapist or psychiatrist and talk about your severe PTSD. I don’t know if that is grounds for SSD, but a professional would know
@DreadthedayАй бұрын
@HolysticMystic I agree with you... and the fear is real. I know what needs to be done, and the feeling of dread surges into my mind and body every time I think about posting. I see people canceled for saying the wrong thing a lot, and it's so hard to gauge how the public will receive what I have to say. Yet... I have been walking on eggshells all of my life, and the idea of finally sharing how I feel is as liberating as it is terrifying. I am gathering the wits to do it.... Ty for the encouragement. It means a lot. Feedback is easy to find.. constructive encouragement is hard to find. Hugs.

1:03 - Q: why Cassie files the lawsuit 6 years later? - A: after surviving decades of abuse myself, researched and studied the phenomenon itself from every angle and believe me, not right after escaping, I also needed a couple years and am still far from telling my story publicly… that is typical symptom of CPTSD especially in SA survivors.

I saw my mother on her knees, pleading with my late father not to leave her and my 7 siblings even though she endured years of mental and phisical abuse. This is not counting the difficult times he phisicly abused his own children. I often ask myself if my mom would have let him go, we would not have endured so much pain and mental scars. 😢
