The English rock/punk band, The Police, was big influence on Ren. The lead singer for The Police band was Sting. REN’s singing voice is peppered with Sting’s vocals. IMO, this retake is the best replica of Sting’s voice(Message In A Bottle). Great reaction guys!!!

Ren is still sick and getting treatment but is a lot better than he was, he's said when he was doing the busking videos he would completely lose his voice and be in bed for days after because it took so much energy and left him in so much pain but also said being able to perform on the streets kept him alive . Music and being able to perform is his life

Vibrato is the word you are looking for. That quavering up/down sound in the voice while singing. It can be learned but for those like Ren it is natural.

I rarely read comments, but, I understand what you guys are talking about. I suggest listening to the police sing their song message in a bottle. Ren likes them. He respects them to the point that he used most cord arrangement that came from “message in a bottle”. I suggest you listen to police play that song so you can hear how much respect Ren gave to them. Watch it on your own so you can see for yourself. Oh, and the term dude is looking for is…vibrato when Ren does that with his voice. I’ll stop typing now.

Caught the double entendres the second time. Not really the second time because I missed it on the vid and another reaction channels before I found y’all. Probably missed some but Tina Turner, Tomb Raider, thought for food. Almost sounds like he might have even said Ike with Tina Turner. Like how he actually does an “awkward pause” while singing it.
