식단으로 빼더라두 나중엔 유산소랑근력운동 필수!! 안그럼 라인이 예쁘게 안빠지더라구요 특히 뱃살이랑 가슴살 위주로 쭉쭉 빠짐 .. 첨엔 식단하다가 나중에 운동하면서 단백질음료같이 먹어주면 더 좋아요 식단할때는 체지방버닝제나 식후혈당제 같이먹어주면 속도 엄청 붙어요 저도 한달에 10키로이상 감량하긴했어요 그후에운동할땐 안빠지지만 눈바디가 확다르더라구요 ㅎㅎ

this is great! :) I will begin diet today. Date:15/08/2021 Start Weight 71.25kg. Height: 160cm. Goal Weight: 55kg. Day 1: 71.25kg (Start Weight) Day 2: 70.95kg (had done Jun Hyo Sung Diet yesterday- same as here except had one more of same meal) Day 3: 70.45kg Day 4: 70.55kg Day 5: 70.4kg Day 6: 70.8kg Day 7: 70.95kg Day 8: 70.35kg Day 9: 72.25kg (Sorry, i had a very difficult day and responded badly) Day 10: 72.3kg Day 11: 71.95kg Day 12: 72.05kg Day 13: forgot to update, sorry! Day 14: 71.55kg Day 15: 70.85kg Day 16: 70.85kg Day 17: 71kg. (I had Chili chicken bento for brunch, skipped breakfast, a soul origin chocolate iced crusher, small slice of bread, and for dinner had 250g of baked sweet potato. I exercised for 2 hours and 30 minutes, and I still gained weight. I guess the weight loss journey will include both it's ups and downs) Day 18: 70.55kg (September 1st 2021) Day 19: 70.5kg (I have decided to weigh myself on a weekly basis every Sunday as I believe that suits me better) Week 1 of September (First Sunday) 5/9/2021: 70.4kg 12/9/2021: 69.25kg 19/9/2021: 68.2kg 26/9/2021: 67.3kg 17/12/2021: 66.75kg 17/1/2022: 66.25kg 20/1/2022: 65.85kg 1/2/2022: 65.45kg 7/2/2022: 64.95kg 11/2/2022: 63.7kg Today, it's 28th of March 2023 I underwent yoyo pretty badly. When I woke up today I weighed 78.95kg. I knew that the way I did my diet previously was unsustainable. I'm going to try to do a sustainable diet this time round, making a change in lifestyle habits, and do it long term. I will put up my weight every Friday on a weekly basis. I will try to eat healthy but delicious food for brunch, yoghurt with frozen fruit pieces in between, and a salad or sweet potato with almond milk or optifast for dinner, depending on how I feel. Fighting!!! This means something similar to yes!! Let's do it!! Let's do our best!!! (In Korean) 31/3/2023: 77.1kg 7/4/2023: 76.8kg 14/4/2023: 76.7kg 21/4/2023: 75.95kg 28/4/2023: 75.85kg Will change to weighing myself each Saturday. 6/5/2023: 74.9kg 16/5/2023: 74.5kg 20/5/2023: 73.8kg 27/5/2023: 72.7kg 3/6/2023: 73.9kg 10/6/2023: 73.55kg. I felt ashamed in gaining weight, but I felt I should be honest, so here are my results. I will keep trying and not give up.

@@Alia-pq4yc a bit, yes. Like 30%, but if you keep eating less or the same as ur maintenance intake you won't gain all of it back. I only do it once every 3-6 weeks tho otherwise it stops working

Hola vine a comentar cómo me ha ido y la verdad es que si veo resultados e bajado un kilo y medio en tres días pesaba 50.3 y ahora peso 48.6, se las recomiendo muchoo, pero no les recomiendo que las hagan por mucho días seguidos ya que no es bueno y además cuando terminen la dieta y empiezan a comer normal van a volver a subir de peso, les recomiendo que la dieta la hagan tres días a la semana y que los días que no la hagan coman muchas verduras y traten de evitar los azúcares, frituras, refrescos, pasta etc para que así su peso se mantenga estable 😁 buena suerte a todos y hojala y cumplan sus metas ✨ Hasta aquí mi reporte 🎥

It really work guysss!!!!!!!!!!! I tried this and I loss 1.5kg - 2kg just in 3 days!!!!!! My starting weight was 49kg and now it's 47kg!!!! It's the first diet I ever tried and the result was really good.. 💜 Age : 13 years 10 months Hight : 5.2 feet I ate at 1:00pm next at 7:00pm What I ate : 200ml of low-fat milk, 1 banana, 2 boiled egg with out salt or black papar or anything and I have this meal twice.. I don't have any peanuts or Kim-chi or dried fish like her.. Exercise : As I am on my period I couldn't now work out and I wasn't feeling like tho.. Day 1 : I walked 3k steps (as I was off diet and haven't done any exercise in 1-2 months) Day 2 : I walked 4k steps Day 3 : I walked 3k steps (I really wasn't feeling well but I still walked) Review : At day 1 the meal felt tasty tho but at day 2 I started craving for salty food and I don't like sweets so I didn't have sugar craving.. And by the second day of diet I started feeling tired and lazy.. And at day 3 I wasn't even feeling like waking from bed.. But I am really happy with the results.. 💜💜💜

Я начну эту диету с завтрашнего дня. Только меню у меня будет не совсем такое, но об этом в конце. 1 день: 2 день: 3 день: Огромная просьба, поставьте кто-нибудь лайк или оставьте комментарий, чтобы я не потерялась. Я не заброшу, результаты будут! Было лень заполнять каждый день, но уже прошло 3 дня, поэтому результаты. Я смотрела чисто на вес, ушло 2,2 кг. За три дня я считаю это очень хорошо:) по объемам тоже ушло, но точное "до" я не помню. Питалась я не только яйцами. Пример моего меню на день: Завтрак: 2 яйца, йогурт Обед: салат с огурцами и помидорами Ужин: 2 яйца, вареная курица Как-то так, надеюсь было полезно

hello 👋 I’ve done 3 days so here’s my results (I’m 150cm) I’ve lost 3kgs and at day 2 I went for a walk outside as far as I can and I made and drank only lemon water which I think is really effective. But make sure to eat actual food after this! Hope y’all get your dream body!! ( mine is at 43kg) Day1: 48.3kgs Day2: 47.5kgs Day3: 45.8kgs

I will start this diet: kg: 61.8 goal: 47 kg I think the secret to lose more weight is to drink a lots of water during the times you are not eating ! Remember to drink 3.7 liter water each day for perfect results with this diet + exercises ( i recommend to walk everday 10.000 steps) I weighed myself in the morning, and i weighed 61 kg Day 1: 59.0 kg (omfg it actually workss) a drank a lot of water and just ate 2 eggs on 12 o'clock and i ate the other 2 eggs 5 o'clock meanwhile I drunk a lot of water) Day 2: 58 KG ( omg you guysss !! I can't believe this omg omg!!) Day 3: 57.4 Day 4: Day 5: Day 6: Day 7: Day 8: Day 9: end of diet, i am writing a solution: it was hard at the first day but if you survive the first day, than you completed 50% of your whole diet i personally think. bc the first day is the toughest day of all days and after 4,5 weeks i stopped the egg diet and changed into my own diet i created by doing the egg diet. my own diet has eggs in it but i just added some fruits and drank more water. i am 51 kg right when i acc started the diet thing i was 67 kg but when i started this diet i was 61.8 so i lost in total 16 kg but if you look at just this diet 10.8 kg.. i hope i gave you all some inspiration, love you guys you can also do it💓💓 discipline yourself that's the 🗝

I am okay i forgot to give you u guys the progress, but so far so good, i began this diet on the 6th July and I stopped it on August. I was 57 kg. from then i started my own diet, but as restricted as the egg diet i lost 7 kg by then. I weighed 50.2 kg and after that I did the waterfasting diet for 7 days, it was too harsh, to keep up so after 4 days i quit but i lost 3 kg and i weight now 47.8kg

Hey I just wanted to notify everyone here that this diet restriction isn't very healthy. These items may help you lose weight in the short term but it's not healthy in the long term as you are not getting enough of the nutrients you need to sustain yourself. The best way to make healthy lifestyle changes is to move slowly and introduce foods that you might not be getting enough of in your diet and introduce some physical activity. You might not see results right away but your body will feel so much better than doing diet, after diet. Also I just wanted to say as it bothers me, diet restrictions are never safe as they put people in a bad mindset which can lead to mental issues down the line, so please don't dietary restrict unless you have a religious or medical reason as it's dangerous to your physical and mental health. Feel like I'm shouting to the void here and I can't make y'all listen to me but thanks for reading 💕 I hope everyone is well and remains well.

@@unstablehuman155 Hola, tal vez yo no sé mucho del tema y no son ninguna experta, pero recuerda que el kimchi son verduras, verduras ligeras acompañadas de condimentos (es más como un repollo o una lechuga) el sabor del kimchi puede ser picante, salada, con poco sazón, etc Lo que yo te recomiendo es que lo remplazes con una ensalada o con verduras que no den tantas calorías, puedes comprar verduras congeladas o compra verduras normales y cortarlas, ya de ti depende que salsas o aderezos le quieras poner, yo te recomiendo que no le pongas tanto, porque es mejor comer las verduras sin nada, así al natural, pero como se que eso puede no llegar a saber delicioso o bueno, le puedes poner un *POCO* de esas salsas, para que no te sepa tan insípido.

I am having a Hard time losing weight and today I’m actually serious on weight loss and I have a big tip for y’all out there that has a hard time losing weight 1. you should have breakfast where it’s important to get energy to start your day eat a chicken salad or any type of salad you like or boiled eggs 2. For lunch don’t skip it you will be kinda tired you should eat something that does not contain (bread/rice)if it does contain these stuff you might as well eat alittle or fully avoid it for your diet to go well and don’t eat much food 3.for dinner you might have to eat salad 🥗 or banana or anything that’s healthy and I recommend walking where it is the best way of losing weight and after walking do not eat anything you can gain more weight.good luck!

Omg, you make eggs looks so delicious 😂. I want to exercise at least 1 hour everyday so I might still eat some rice to get that energy. Thank you. I get more motivation to tighten up my diet a little bit. Really need to lose at least 4 kg by next week

Благодаря этой диете похудела на 2,4 кг за три дня. Спасибо огромное за твой труд ❤️ Причём во второй день я съела слишком много кимчи, поэтому, мне кажется, результат мог быть намного лучше :)

@@hepex1011 وااااه ما توقعت احد بيسئلني عن النتيجة 😲😹! المهم لما جربته نزل وزني 3 و نص كيلو !! بس بالنسبة للموز ما اكلته كل يوم غيرته كل يوم اختار فاكه جديده ، و الوجبه اللي هي اكلت بيها الكيمتشي اني اخذت مايونيز بداله تقريباً ملعقة كبيرة وحده بس و سويت رياضة وياها بس انتبهي ممكن يصير عندك هبوط بالسكر تمام 🤧💘💘~ بالتوفيق اذا راح تجربينه و انتبهي ع نفسك ❥

guyss I'll try this diet BEFORE WEIGHT: 51.20KG AFTER WEIGHT : 1 Day: 2 eggs, 1 medium banana, 1 orange (BREAKFAST) Banana milkshake (without any sugar and stuff) (LUNCH) 1 boiled egg and banana (dinner)

Oigan, si están en pleno desarrollo o no han alcanzado los 21 años, no hagan este tipo de dietas, tampoco la hagan si su salud mental no está bien. Se los dice alguien que creció odiando su cuerpo durante años. Vayan con un especialista que se adapte a sus necesidades y comiencen a ejercitarse de poquito a poquito. Amar a su cuerpo también es no exponerlo a este tipo de dietas. ❤

я думаю что как обычно потеряю этот ком, но надеюсь что нет. 1 день молоко 1% (один стакан) яйца (2 штуки) банан (2 штуки) мандарин (2 штуки) + я пью слабительные на постоянке + час тренировки

i just want to say that this is a quick remedy but if you are aiming for long term weight loss, there is no shortcut. You have to eat to suffice your body’s needed food intake/nutrients, alongside that, i know that it’s a pain thinking of working out, but you just have to do it and eventually replace those fats with muscle. I was obese and looked for quick ways to lost weight, didn’t work. But when I just took my time, I eventually enjoyed my weight loss journey and now im at average weight and feel a lot better.

Obstáculo, Dice mi mamá que estoy flaca , pero lo dice porque peso menos que mi hermana que tiene un año más, Pero en realidad tengo sobrepeso, Peso 74.5 Kilos , Y mido 1.68, Creo que tengo que pensar 60 a 65 :( Y nadamas están cuidando lo que esté comiendo :(

Doing this for 7 weeks (4 days a week) Week 1 Day 1- 82,4 kg Day 2- 80,9 kg Btw I replaced the banana in the meals for more volume foods such as veggies and ate a bit of diet ice cream. Day 3: 81.3 .. I admit I did eat more than I was supposed to and I know why it went up so im gonna try to redeem myself today
