1 tbsp okara powder (fine powder)
1 tbsp matcha powder
2 tbsp skimmed milk
1 tbsp Lakanto syrup
30g Yogurt
10g Coconut oil
Matcha powder (for dusting), to taste
┃ Recipe ┃
1, In a bowl, sift 1 tbsp okara powder, 2 tbsp skim milk, and 1 tbsp matcha powder and mix well.
2, Then add 1 tbsp of lakanto syrup, 30g of yogurt, and 10g of coconut oil and mix well.
3, Spread out the plastic wrap, place the dough on it and wrap it up, then put it in the freezer for 30 minutes to chill and harden.
4, Sprinkle matcha powder on top and cut into desired shape.
