Different Phases of Chiropractic Care

It is very common that I am asked if I go to the Chiropractor, do I have to go to the Chiropractor for the rest of my life? In order to properly answer this and for a person to understand why this question is asked, we must discuss the different phases of Chiropractic Care. These phases are illustrated in this video. The phases are as follow:
1. The Acute Phase
2. The Corrective Phase
3. The Maintenance Phase (sometimes called The Wellness Phase)
With an understanding of this approach towards your health, it is easier to understand why someone may go to a chiropractor for a long period of time. It is NOT because they have a problem, it is because they realize the benefits of the care and that someone is better off under chiropractic care than not under chiropractic care. Enjoy!
