I bookmarked this video. It does encapsulate the essence of "dinghy cruising". I have viewed others of your filming accomplishments and I thank you for your efforts. Being a "camera bug" for many years I was the "trip photographer" and sometimes felt that I would have to wait until the films were developed ( it was a while ago) to see where I had been and what I had done since most of my days were either planning "photo shoots" or actually doing them. I , optimistically, think I am almost done completing a Saturday Night Special, a "dinghy designed" by John Welford, a New Zealander. I was "blessed" with this project when a dear friend gave me the partially completed boat as a gesture of good will after I had helped him convert a chicken coop into a commercial embroidery shop for his wife. Your efforts shown here serve to keep me enthused with my boat construction. Having back-packed all over the United States decades ago I now plan to see my country from the rail of a small boat. Fortunately there are quite a few other "old men" sailing about in tiny boats so the companionship is just an oar dip or mainsheet haul away.
