Ingredients & Calories (serves 1-2)
150g low fat paneer/tofu- 225cal
1/2 cup lettuce - 3.8cal
1/2 cup low fat curd - 67.4cal
1 tbsp low fat curd- 4.1cal
2 tap soaked chia seeds - 5.3cal
1tsp olive oil- 40.5cal
Coriander & mint leaves
Oregano
Chilli flakes
Ginger garlic paste
Cumin seeds
Roasted cumin powder
Salt to taste
total calories - 346
protien - 34.5g
carbs - 12.2g
fiber - 1g
fats - 17g

If you eat dinner too late then it might cause issue. I would suggest have dinner well before 8 pm, at least 3 hours gap from your bed time.
