The wildest thing dio did for me was when dio stopped kakyoin's direct emerald splash with a flick of his finger enough to bouce a single shard to the multiple shard which could have hit him. His thought process for calculating the tragectory of the flick and the shards which could hit him not to mention all the tragectories he had to calculate for each shard within a few seconds.

Since the match has to end with sun burning the loser, DIO is definitely the one with higher feats both mostly in terms of speed and slightly in term of pure power however dio just surpasses muzan in hacks just time stop itself is not fair and is one of the most overpowered fictional ability in pretty much whatever franchise it is in but you add on that an invisible punching ghost with light speed and city level destruction. I'd actually argue that DIO himself should also be Massively FTL, not just his Stand. He could deflect the Emerald Splash with his bare hands, meaning his own speed is comparable to Stands, and the only argument the prevents users from scaling in speed of the Stands (those beings that the users are mostly just normal humans) does not apply to DIO, because he's a Vampire with superhuman speed.

I think you're underselling Part 1 Dio TBH. His scaling is pretty insane. First, pre-training Joseph and Caesar moved more than twice light speed. Dio easily scales to at least that speed for reasons too numerous to name. For example, in Part 3 despite being weakened he was able to MUDA just as fast as The World. He was stronger than Johnathan and was amazingly resistant to his Overdrives, which, judging by their ability to vapourize flesh, are solidly city block level. We can also look at how DIO's strength was actually meaningful relative to The World once he drank Joseph's blood and regained his former power. And I feel like I should mention the Space Ripper Stingy Eyes cutting a cloud in half even if it's an anime-only feat, because it's an epic moment and remarkably consistent with his other scaling. So, Muzan is probably more powerful than Dio by a decent but not hardly insurmountable degree. Dio is several thousand times faster, and when you consider his regeneration in the context of that speed it may actually be faster than Muzan's (not to mention his having no trouble regenerating from Hamon cetting his brain in half). Muzan's durability really isn't commensurate to his power, since he relies so much on his regeneration, and when you consider just how hard he'd be blitzed, the damage Dio can deal adds up pretty quickly. He can at least keep Muzan crippled long enough to wait out the sunrise and use his superior speed to escape to cover before Muzan can collect himself enough to try a similar escape.

Additionally, he also can't harm The World either, considering non-stand users cannot interact with stands meaning that Dio can just sit at a safe enough distance and let The World obliterate Muzan. Even if Muzan went for Dio's real body (which im assuming is slower than Muzan, even though he deflected Emerald Splash that hit a prime star platinum, so he likely scales about the same as Muzan) The World can just be an immortal, invisible and invincible shield that scales FTL for Dio. Not to mention Muzan needs enough flesh for him to regenerate a new head (stated in the manga) and I doubt, if The World was seriously trying to kill Muzan that there would be any flesh left after a single timestop barrage.

Demon Tanjiro would be a more interesting matchup imo, as we don't have a total understanding of his capabilities. This leaves more wiggle room, but we can be pretty certain that he scales to Muzan. In addition, he has the Sunbreathing Form and immunity to the light of day, making him a much more formidable foe for Dio. We should also consider that becoming a demon took Nezuko from being an untrained little girl to high moon level. Seeing as they both acquired sun immunity as demons, I think it's safe to say that Tanjiro and Nezuko have similar compatibility with demonification. Tanjiro should therefore get a similarly sized power up, if not a greater one, as Yushiro states that "his aptitude as a demon was greater than Muzan and Nezuko." He also acquired Muzan's Blood Demon Art, allowing him to create multiple hearts and brains in addition to the bone tendrils we see. Although that would've required more time and experience to master, probably. At the end of the day, I think Demon Tanjiro would be a more interesting matchup, but it comes with so many hypotheticals and so so very little hard data to draw from.

DIO could infinitely just punch Muzan repeatedly back into the outside and just wait for the sun, would be boring as hell since you're time stopping meaning you're also halting the sun from continuing so you're prolonging the inevitable, you already had to wait like 6+ hours (15 minute rule in this matchup) just for the sun to come up and it'll most likely take an entire day's worth of time stopping just for the sun to finally come up, but if DIO and Muzan were to fight in a proper way then DIO would get kicked but Muzan would be repeatedly pummeled into the ground, now obviously both aren't killing each other, it's just who can keep punching and stabbing each other until the sun comes up, DIO is weaker than Muzan but The World is stronger and faster than Muzan, but as if that matters, just keep time stopping and keep punching Muzan outside, not to mention DIO's time stop actually gets longer and longer per use, so Muzan is nothing but just a training dummy for The World interesting battle, awkward combat though

I really likes this video and its result, i think you did a good analysis on almost everything. I still think that you higly overestimate The World's speed saying he's 1500xftl, bit at this point i just blame that on Araki for being so loose and inconsistent with the feats, like, i know there are other potential ftl feats such as blocking The Sun's rays (assuming they truly are Light Speed, since it's technically a fake sun) and Stone Free, who is Even weaker, deflecting meteorites. Still, if they truly were 1500xftl, then either the humanity of that world are literall gods or most of the problems they face should never be problems since, at that speed, they would trake care of them in less than an instant (like how Crazy Diamond, who nearly landed a hit on Star Platinum, had trouble against Highway Star's feets, which moved at exactly 60 km/h). Really, i think this is just Araki having no idea how fast Silver Charriot swing would have needed to move in that time frame and distance in order to catch Hanged Man, otherwise the number wouldn't hace been nearly as big nor as inconsistent with other moments. Still, i agree that at least SC, SP and The World can be as fast as light or even more. Still though, it's obvious The World, while extremely powerful, is still weaker and slower Tha Star Platinum, proved by the fact that SP was able to slip a magnet in Dio's bracelet while exchanging punches with The World without Dio nor his stand noticing, or when SP literally destroyed The World by punching its leg (and even before then, right after Dio absorbed Joseph's blood, when Dio fist stopped time for 9 secs, they exchanged punches and SP broker The World's hand). Plus, it's worth noting that even SP isn't that much faster: while it's true he defended well against SC x Anubis, he still received a lot of cuts and damage, implying he was barely pulling it off, and he couldn't react at all to Made in Heaven, that's why they set up a trap that would most likely sacrifice Anasui, and when that trap failed Jotaro was killed literally the instant after. I still think that, at best, SP could be 2 to 10 times ftl, and Dio could be somewhere near there, which is still a lot faster than Muzan. Although i have to state that, while you did get almost everything about Muzan right, i think you got the thing about his posdesion wrong. At least to my understanding, maybe i'm even wrong, it's not that he passes his powers and a little of his fading will like you said, it's more like he transfers all of his cells as well as his mind to the new host in an attempt to kind of reincarnate in them by taking over their body, but the original person can still fight back, kind of like Sukuna and itadori from Jujutsu Kaisen ir Venom and Eddie Brock, only that, should they win, they could essencially erase Muzan from their mind. The reason they act like a mindless demon is because, while they're fighting for control there's no one really in control, and thus they act on instinct, in this case, the instincts of a mindless demon. Also, while i think that Dio could definitely fight it back, i don't think your argument about Dio surpassing Jonathan's Hamon empowered body really counts. After all, Jonathan was already dead, he couldn't create any Hamon, and consisdering Hamon has been described as life energy, i doubt his corpse could have had remnants of it. Even if it could, his body hds already been damaged by Dio in a way in which he couldn't use Hamon, and right before he died he usted all the Hamon he could gather to kill the chinese zombie, so there would have been little to no left. Overall, i still think you're right, while Muzan has sime versatility plus the inmensily superior healing factor and physical abilities (not counting The World), Dio still has The Timestop, the greater speed and The minimum regeneration recquired to win the fight by literall Time Out (Pun intended).

So even if dio rips him to shreds, he would just reform. If you go by character, muzan would just use the fact that he was ripped to shreds to escape. The moment Dio instantly destroys muzan, is the moment muzen flees through any means necessary. So Dio wins, regardless if he can kill or not.

Regarding Dio having no defenses against MJ’s mind take-over; recall the television scene in the Yellow Temperance Arc of Stardust Crusaders? The great vamp was somehow (most likely either through blood OR, Jonathan’s Body’s stand) able to not only see Joseph, to a degree, but talk to him and even retaliate. I think that, given how Hermit Purple works, and how Jonathan’s Body’s stand seems to be a more refined version of this, all he would need to do is use that Stand on himself. To which I could see Dio fighting off the influence of Michael Jackson.
