Knowing that look oh so well, you can tell milos is truly inspired from Diogo. Almost like milos getting flashbacks from his era and his own physique. He’s talked about others conditioning and given them props always but never memorized like how he seems in this vlog with Diogo . Would love to spend a year under him not only to learn but to pick his brain millimeter by millimeter

I'm kind of confused by this style of training. I love giant sets, they're super fun and great in a home gym setting, but how I currently perform them is something like chest, back, abs or legs, neck, forearms, where the performance on each exercise isn't diminished by the proceeding exercises. Its for time efficiency and to get better work capacity, for me. In this, it seems like the trainee is leaving a bunch of reps left in the tank, like 7+ reps on some sets, before moving on to the next movement, where they'll do the same thing. The sets do seem to progressively get harder, but can someone explain the idea behind doing so much junk volume as opposed to a traditional warmup and work sets? The way this was performed looked like warmup sets done with high enough volume that eventually they become actually challenging work sets. Not hating, I quite like listening to Milos, I just can't figure out the logic.

It’s not junk volume and that’s where your interpretation gets wrong. Do you think they would just do “junk volume” and just waste time and progress?
