Hey guys if someone wants to try this and doesn't want to see the whole video your cpu needs to boot into bios so you can disable all the e-cores, this is what worked for me. If the screen stays black what worked for me was to swap with a working CPU (i build PC's that's why i had another one) and disable all the e-cores and then swap back to the faulty one. In my case it worked.
Also, i had my bios updated to the latest at the time of this video.
Motherboard Used: ASRock B760M Pro RS
Bios Revision: 8.07
Update: I sent the CPU for RMA but i also tried enabling e-cores one at a time. It manages to boot with up to 7 e-cores but when you enable all 8 of them, sometimes it boots but after less than 5 seconds the system just hangs.
