I agree with warming up but maybe doing something that produces blod flow before this is beneficial, connecting to your argument about warmup in all sports.

I don't get this throw a putter 300'. Throw something with a 1 glide or 3 glide? Why do you keep saying you need to do this or you'll never be a good disc golfer? That seems irrelevant. Throwing distance drivers 350-400' is hard enough and also not necessary. Acuracy and appropriate disc choice is so much more important, isn't it?

This info comes straight from the pros. After interviewing them, most said you need to be able to do certain things, one of which is throw putters more often. Yes, accuracy and appropriate disc choice is very important. That’s why we teach throwing putters. They will always tell the truth about your game. :)

@@seekrdiscgolf i understand throwing putters more often. I play putter only rounds quite often and they do help form. I just don't see players throwing them much over 300'. For players taht are just beginning that seems like a big ask.

@@krispendleton4662many pros throw putters over 300. Beginners don’t because it’s hard. We are pushing for that to happen so you level up :)

Great video. I’m guilty of not warming up all the time. What about stretching ? Do you have a routine for that ? Is that before or after this warm up ?

Thanks for the video! Definitely going to utilize this before tournament rounds 🙌🏻
