The timing of this video couldn't have been any better for me Josh. I am two weeks post-op for my bicep tenodesis and shoulder surgery. I have a fairly long road ahead of me before I can get back at it full force in the gym. Heading down to my basement gym right now (after watching this video) to do some squats and cardio. Thanks for the kick in the @ss Josh!

100% had the same exact experience. Had the surgery 16 years ago, no more arthritis or swelling, or broken cartilage, but still cannot fully extend and flex at the elbow.

Josh, Just saw the video and came at a great time. Just had shoulder surgery last Tuesday. Let me know what you think I can do. I can’t bounce or run. Retracted Rotator Cuff Tear: muscle become replaced by scarring SLAP Tear: cartilage in shoulder socket torn Biceps tear: upper part of biceps torn from shoulder Bursitis: cushiony fluid sack in shoulder became inflamed

Josh, thank you for making this video. I was recently diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my elbow, with a loss of range of motion and pain associated with bone spurs. I’m trying to figure out how I should proceed as it’s not terrible, but affects my active lifestyle - especially CrossFit. I’m curious about the route you went - getting the spurs cleaned out but no other treatment. My understanding is the spurs will come back unless more is done. Did your doctor tell you that this was a valid long term solution?

Question Josh. Do you train with music on most of the time or just with your thoughts mostly??
@grimtrigg3rКүн бұрын
He’s said previously that mostly no music, just his thoughts.

Josh, Not sure if you ever spoke on this but if you would what are your thoughts on TRT for Men who have very low T? Do you think its worth taking if you are tested and low? Curious what others are doing or feedback on how it is going before and after replacement. If you have talked on this can you link the video I would enjoy your opinion and experience about this if you are familiar with it. Cheers
