Competitive schools and pressure on students is really bad for kids.It contributes to bullying, mental health problems, addiction and high suicide rates. I wouldn’t touch that with a ten foot pole! It’s more important for your child to have a high EQ than a high IQ! Informative video. With good information people can make wiser choices. Thank you!

I’d say a huge con is HOA and Mello Roos. You could argue the extra cost is part of the “it’s expensive” catagory, but HOAs can be annoying where other nit picky people are going to control what you want to do with your house that you just spent $2M on

Carmel Valley in general is more family centric but you are super close to La Jolla, Del Mar and Solana Beach which will have plenty to do for singles
