One advantage I can recall for ESFJ shadow, pain tolerance. I don't know how many times I've literally just dealt with routine injections or just paying attention to what my body needs. It's very much saved my ass more than once, Si critic can be a real ace in the hole when it needs to be. Also, you had me at empathy. Btw, loving the beard Sam, keep up the good work with this channel. It's definitely gonna help regular people understand this science better.

Man, ENTJ's can have some of the most adorable niche interests hidden away and I love them for it. You can imagine my surprise when my close, Overachiever ENTJ friend shared that they are quite the nerd when it comes to Teenage mutant ninja turtles of all things :') Always a blast to get to know their more internalized interests... and they're so very passionate when they talk about them! Very delightful stuff :D Also looking good Sam! A true wizard IRL I see :D

ISFP's ESFJ shadow is interesting because well i am an ISFP and i've experienced my shadow alot mainly in high school. I think of myself as someone who has a strong sense of values, beliefs, and on top of that feelings. I value loyalty and honesty but there is a side i repressed and hated which is the opposite of who i identify as. It essentially reminds me of my mother who was those things. She's a compulsive liar and a drug addict who was in and out of my life alot growing up.

Can relate my dude. I've had similar experiences with my grandmother growing up. Freshman year was okay, but high school was quite rocky for me as well. I can certainly feel for you because that was my childhood as well. There were valuable lessons that I had learned, though, and I feel that is important as well.
