I’ve always heard the yellow urine means your body didn’t need it and is getting rid of it. Good grief... so much bad info is out there, it’s amazing. Thank you Dr Osborne! I feel relieved after your explanation, which makes so much sense

I have an MTHFR gene that makes me need more riboflavin than normal. A lot of these health issues run in my family so it’s no a surprise.

Many of my friends are on so many meds and eating a wrong diet... They often ask my opinion, knowing I'm into natural help ... I tell them what I know and look things up to be sure ... They usually say stuff like "but my doctor said I have to have it because of...." We're all nearing 70 👍 Any suggestions to get through to them....? They're educated people but...😬 Thanks for sharing your knowledge!!! 👌

Kathystube, I too have a friend, morbidly obese…diagnosed with NAFLD yr ago. She will not give up her diet soda…or…quit smoking. Am so confused how she can maintain her 240 + lbs. as she rarely eats before 4pm and than it a quick fried gd beef with cheese, topped with tomato on pc of toast! A left over slice of pizza. Diabetes runs rampant in her family…..she, 65 yrs old. No thought given to nutritional value. I did talk her into various nutrient as I am a voracious KZbinr. I like you send links of valuable info for many of her health issues. She did get a multiple vitamin and extra magnesium. She says she doesn’t believe in putting all those chems. In her body????? She is a dynamo worker and….. usually too tired to prepare a meal…would rather stop & grab a fast food burger and fries. Way to many ppl think KZbin Docs are fake. So sad. Many of these very Docs. ….saved my live. Valuable health info.

Can i take b-complex, if my B2 is too low, but B6 is too high? :/
@Stupidvideos.69Ай бұрын
There is one with no b6
@nameofthegame96648 күн бұрын
I would stay away from B6 completely if your levels are high. B6 is the only vitamin known to cause a toxicity.
