Dymlyama is a chic version of a hearty, vibrant and very tasty dish when you need to feed a large company in a short time. Dymlyama is prepared very quickly and there is no strict recipe in it. Just add your favorite vegetables and spices, lightly fry, add water and simmer it. After 30-40 minutes, a huge and delicious dish will be ready!
For this, dishes with thick walls are usually used - a cauldron or a large frying pan with a lid or a crock-pot.
The ingredients are layered in a layer in a cauldron and, after bringing to a boil, are stewed over low heat in a small amount of water. The finished dish is mixed and served on large plates to the table.
I used: Potatoes, cabbage, onions, carrots, bell peppers, garlic, cilantro, parsley, eggplant, zucchini, smoked paprika pepper and a little salt.
