Love that view off the back of the ferry especially all lit up like that but it’s heartbreaking when you’re leaving to go back to the UK the next day and you know it’s going to be at least a couple of years til you can come back!

It surprised me that you weren’t aware of Thunder Mountain being down for the short refurb. I guess you really don’t do a lot of social media. I was on the Mike Fink Keel Boats in 1972. Original queue house & dock is still intact. It's where the Haunted Mansion queue begins. Even as an 11 yr old kid I was afraid it would keel over while we were on. Damned if that didn't actually happen to one of them at Disneyland many years later.

Yeah, sinkholes are everywhere. It's pretty common to be driving and see cars that fell into one. Same if true for gators. Best to stay where you are...

I was there as well and there were numerous shutdowns, albeit most were temporary. It sucks Thunder Mountain is closed.

Big Thunder is scheduled to reopen June 13 🙂. I hope they either upgrade the Jungle Cruise sound systems or teach the Skippers not to hold the mic so close their mouth!! Unfortunately, this Skipper's voice sounded like an NYC Subway announcement from the 70's!

Hope they fix those lift hills on BTRR. Make it a smooth incline like Everest instead of the whiplash version it has become. The opossums need to be working again too.

I wonder why they opted to do refurb of Jungle Cruise in stages and not just close it for a couple of months. There’s so much that’s no longer a part of the ride; lots of “construction” and missing elements with no replacement yet. Kind of a disappointment if you’ve never been there before
