This expansion will happen in the future because Disney is having beef against Ron DeSantis and the state of Florida, Disney was about to invest 17 billion renovating and expanding Disney World and to built a new office building but, When when Ron got rid of the reedy creek district and new rules for DW and the state of Florida Disney changed their minds on investing 17 billion.

I don't know much about the actual building of theme parks, but as a person who loves the Disney parks, and as a person with a big imagination, I would like to say that if Disney expands, stop with the endless shop building. Many of them are simply larger or smaller retail spaces with over priced clothing, and the same generic stuff you can find in any of the already established stores. Enough overpriced restaurants and hotels, too. Enough new hotels! Enough new stores! Just create new lands/rides with emphasis on unique, meaning, unique lands/rides to only that park. Personally, I'm tired of hearing about all the FROZEN-themed lands sprouting up all over the world. Also, not the biggest fan of MOANA, or ENCANTO-themed worlds, either. Every Disneyland in the world should have 8 to 10 basic attractions that are beloved from Anaheim's Disneyland (a HAUNTED MANSION, a PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN, a CASTLE, etc.), but with unique scenes/story to go along with each new iteration of it. Why not have EVERY castle be a different princess (like, SNOW WHITE castle, or BEAUTY AND THE BEAST's castle?). Also, as they're doing in Tokyo at Disney Sea, new park expansions could contain lands based on OTHER movies, like an ALICE IN WONDERLAND land, with a huge Eticket ALICE ride, or themed lands based on THE LITTLE MERMAID, ALADDIN, HERCULES, TARZAN, and THE HUNCHBACK OF NOTRE DAME? When new Fantasyland's are built, why not have PETER PANS FLIGHT, SNOW WHITES SCARY ADVENTURES and MR TOADS WILD RIDE be the staples found in every park, but always 1-4 DIFFERENT Fantasyland dark rides in each Disneyland (you could have dark rides based on CINDERELLA, SLEEPING BEAUTY, ICHABOD CRANE, HERCULES, etc.)? Be CREATIVE, Disney!!

I would not tear down Pixar Place Hotel. That structure can be expanded and or returned with rock work to have a mountain aesthetic lodge appearance of any kind.

Could E-Bikes be a partial solution? It seems like a vertical parking lot would be good but ultimately to keep less rental cars taking up space maybe hotels could offer a themed bicycle (tandem maybe? for a fee you get the kids add on?) that will warm you up to walk around the parks all day and work off some of the calories from the food In Portland there’s a service by Lyft and Nike called “BIKETOWN” (pronounced in my head as “bikey town” due to the pronunciation of nike) which works basically exactly as I described across the entire city. They’re these obnoxious looking orange chunky looking bikes, new “MinnieVan” design potential is totally there for people riding advertisements around town as a cheaper alternative to renting a car and paying extra for parking in the hotel/city. I can totally see ear designs covering the bike or maybe a premium charged for a themed character bike. You know how it goes! Disney could collect the bikes from hotels within the Disney bubble and swap them for new ones regularly unlike Nike/Lyft which relies on underpaid/overworked gig laborers to collect the bikes with drained batteries

The problem is Anaheim’s mediocre at best bike infrastructure, If the hotels banded together, sure they could do it, however it would require political will

An idea for a different place. This will never happen around the Disneyland resort. Love alone. Probably the majority of Anaheim resort. The resort already has the tram, shuttles and buses. Plus ride share for further out.
