Kelly, LOVE IT!! I love your videos. Never long enough!! I learn something with every video. You and your videos are an escape for me. A place to learn, to giggle and sometimes laugh out loud. Thank you! And keep up the awesome crafting:)

By no means did I think this video was too long Kelly. I don't think you realize just how much your die hard viewers crave your videos. Your creations are like NO OTHERS that are out on the web! You've got the most hysterical personality and you make us want to see what you're doing. I fell in love with the way you did the water. I'm just amazed. I've been trying to use my Zigs more and I freak out if I think I've taken too long before adding the water, so watching you do that ENTIRE background had me perched on my seat. I can't believe how fabulous and seamless it turned out. I've so grateful that you do these videos because I can easily find the exact one that I'm looking for and rewatch how you've done something and then go give it a try myself. I've only been watching you for about 5 months now, buy you've been a lifesaver!

Holy Heck!!! Just beautiful, cute, amazing! I love the ocean painting. It's SO vibrant and 'watery' ( yep, just made up a word). If I'm watching a video by a great artist/teacher it can never be too long. Never! Think of it this way: we are getting a FREE class. You have so much talent and you teach so much. I love your commentary because learn AND I laugh! I,for one, can't get enough! :-)

Kelly, I am late to this particular video party, it just popped up on my feed. Cute card, lovely video. Your videos are NEVER too long! Sometimes a little short, perhaps, but never ever too long for me!
@tinapike20667 жыл бұрын
I agree. I like longer videos. I also liked that old paintbrush. it had character. When I saw you posted a video and saw it is mermaids I laughed because I've been sketching a mermaid card for my niece. I wasn't having an easy time of it so this is super helpful. Thanks a bunch, this is super cute! Wish me luck on mine. : ))

I totally don't have a life! I'm making my way through all of your vids. The length doesn't bother me because you are productive during the whole video.

Well I’m about a year late in finding this video Kelly, and I must say, the time flew by as I was watching it! You are such a fantastic artist and the way you explain things is captivating and very detailed, plus you do something that’s really difficult for others to do that make crafting/card making videos, you’re able to put yourself in someone else’s position, as if you were the one watching you, and that helps tremendously for others like myself to better understand. So for that alone, I thank you and appreciate your efforts and I’m beyond grateful to have found you. I feel a little more confident now as I proceed forward with card making and using my Copic markers (I’m not much into watercoloring for some reason, but I’ll never say I’ll never be, though watching you do it was so interesting, it’s just not for me right now, maybe it’s lack of confidence). So from the bottom of my heart, I again say thank you and look forward to viewing your other videos, I’m certain I’ll learn even more with each and every one of yours I watch (and I follow most of the artist/card makers for the bigger sites though I’ve never left a comment before now).

Well I''m a little late to the party, but enjoyed myself immensely, thank you. Now I need to go hunt up what you do when you water colour your background twice - what does that entail, I wonder? Is it just a repeat of the procedure from the start - scribble colour on white, but this time colour, and add water? Hmmm... off to search your other vids. (Starting to feel like I'm stalking you!) Thanks again for the teaching, loving it!

I don't know if you know the answer to this... do the Zig markers ever dry, so wink of Stella can be added to what you are coloring. This is a great card. And don' apologize for the length of time!!!! Thank you
@KellyTaylorCards6 жыл бұрын
They do dry but they reactivate with moisture so the wink of stella will effect it.
@TheLotte64 Жыл бұрын
Love to watch your oldere videos too. I don't know if you are seeing the comment? I have a question. Every time I use the lightest color, I nearly almost touch the black outline, and its going into the coloring. With Copic.. I do wait for it to dry, and I am using alcohol friendly ink.. Do you have any idea, what the problem is? Beautiful card by the way❤️👌
@KellyTaylorCards Жыл бұрын
What ink are you using? Are you stamping multiple times? I know you said you're using alcohol friendly ink so maybe try heat setting it?
@TheLotte64 Жыл бұрын
@@KellyTaylorCards thanks for answering. I use Gina K. Amalgam ink, Simon says stamps Copic friendly ink, and I do wait a long time, before I paint it with Copic sketch, but still the light colors will make the stamp project bleed..Taking the black ink into the colors. So I don't know what I do wrong?
@KellyTaylorCards Жыл бұрын
@@TheLotte64 I have definitely had to heat set Gina's in the past. But for me the dark black makes it worth the trouble. I don't use SSS anymore but I would try heat setting that too and see.
