They are probably after-school teachers. There was one time I spoke to my boss about the behavior of some of the staff when I worked after school. They were in a relationship and doing what you do in a relationship in front of the kids which I knew was inappropriate, plus arguing. I was disappointed when my boss said well that happens when you work with people. Hello, maybe if you work in a corporation, but not around kids. I was getting so many complaints about them from my parents and he did nothing. They are supposed to be role models, and this is exactly what I was talking about. There are a lot of great afterschool educators. These types of educators give programs a bad name.

By not minding your business and telling a guy that he's not the father of *someone else's* kid is someone who's hoping for one thing: The girl gets hurt or worse! It is NOT your responsibility, plaintiff, to do this. *It IS the baby daddy responsibility and it's his right to protect HIMSELF by requesting a DNA test anytime any girl claims she's pregnant by him.* If HE doesn't request this, it's HIS fault! You were smart for taking this rent case to court. 100%. But, you will have a more peaceful life when you learn to stay in your lane & mind *your own* business.

If this was a brother, father, uncle or anyone else in the family, you'd be up in arms that the friend who knew didnt say anything. I thought I was petty but I really am not as bad as I can be. I can’t see hurting someone like that. Even if they’ve been a prick to me-I believe in mercy because I want the same in return. My so called best friend did the worst to me and I could have really got her good but she’s lucky I ran my plans by my other bestie first.

I just hope they’re not teaching anyone’s children . No offense , but they don’t seem the most qualified for the position. And she must’ve been jealous to try and Sabotage her own friend . Real friends fight and argue but eventually come back together ; or they disengage respectfully . I would never ever tell a persons most personal secrets , I have to keep myself classy .

That’s bogus. The plaintiff claims she was on a “lunch” date when the owner called asking for the other half of rent… I would answer if my owner called. The only reason someone would avoid their landlord is if they owe some money, which is the issue here. The plaintiff knew half had been paid and her friend didn’t pay it. She knew. Now she’s acting as if she didn’t know her friend didn’t pay the other portion.

For the question at the end one thing that she could do (only if he would agree to it of course) is have him set up a direct deposit from his paycheck that a certain percentage of every check he gets automatically goes into her bank account so for example he could set it up for 5-10% straight from his check into her account then she would be getting consistent payments every month (or every week depending on his jobs payment schedule) and if he has been making payments to her (even if it has been sporadic) it might be something that he would agree to as long as it's a smaller percentage like the 5-10%
