I fully agree with Steve about space mountain.. while the hallway is cool, that loading area is an absolute nightmare.. even with fast pass. Even if its a shorter wait, I don't appreciate being faked out 10 times before Im actually on the ride.

Yes worst queue just waiting for a fight is Soarin. I laugh now but we had to make our party of 3 seem 15ft wide to try and block people from walking by us. This ride is the worst for people fake talking on their phone to break in line.

Hey, I had to bake in the sun at Test Track for over 45 minutes because people kept cutting in line. Was it worth the wait? NOOO WAY! I don't understand what's so great about TT and honestly, it was boring. And the way they bragged how fast you go at the end of the ride? Please! I've gone over 95 mph on the autobahns of Germany and 120 mph in a rental at Texas Motor Speedway! It's so overrated. I'll never wait in line for that attraction again if I ever find myself at WDW in the future.

Steve, the queues at DL and older WDW rides are small because people were smaller(read skinnier). Craig is dead on, people aren't supposed to be fat. We are fatter than ever. Anyone who disagrees, look at videos from 70's and earlier or old family photos.

I cheered for joy when they said the Naavi River Journey to be the worst queue in WDW. Waited in that line for over 2 hours, and it felt never ending; with no views and just back and forward walking. (not to mention the ride not being worth it)

I've been on Jungle Cruise at least 10 times in my lifetime and I can't, for the life of me, tell you what the queue is like. I just can't remember. Also, Soarin is hell. I remember being stuck in that line for two hours (it had just opened) and I remember people just sitting down on the ground because they got totally disillusioned with the dumb screens and didn't care anymore.

Agree 100% with this. We waited an excruciating long period of time in this queue. Probably should have went elsewhere instead, and waited for the queue length to die down, but we were there and didn't think it would be too bad. It was awful. Probably the worst queue been in at any Disney property.

I had a fast pass in like 2 hours for Flight of Passage and Nav’i River Journey had like an hour and half wait. I’ve been on it multiple times before but only fast pass so I said screw it, I’ll wait on it to kill off time. I was ready to smash against the water bottle machine.

That will NEVER happen. Think of all the times regular visitors begged for them to not tear down their favorite attraction and they did it anyway. Disney could care less. They just want your money. That's why I stopped going. The prices are so steep that it only feels like I got ripped off. Believe it or not, there was a time you could buy an adult THREE day pass with hopper option for only $130! I still have the ticket as proof. It's blue with a white space in the middle where the attendant stamps the date so they know how many days you visited.

Jungle Cruise queue here at Disneyland is very narrow and claustrophobic, a bit boring too but I’ll admit, when the line goes upstairs, it’s pretty cool because you get a different vantage point and get to see more details of Adventureland and the attraction itself.

Absolutely agree, Soarin line is full of groups trying to move around you - True. Space Mountain needs to open up the Ceiling Skyview (but love the crap out of every moment in that building). Last, the WORST attraction wait area is Toy Story - Midway Mania - Banal, sterile, plastic, way slow, feels like I am checking out at Walmart or Target, Ugh.

i never got to ride soarin, was waiting in the line for it but the line just did not move, mostly the only line that was moving, was the fast pass line, i dunno how long i waited but it felt like forever and barely moved that far in the line, decided to leave to go do i shrunk the audience, test track and others and had more fun doing that

I'm surprised you included River Journey in this list, to be honest. It was my first ride at Disney World when I first visited a couple weeks ago, and thankfully we only waited maybe 10 minutes? It was a very light crowd day at DAK, so it all worked out. But seeing all the weaving, and reading the plaques for the different flora & fauna mounted on the railings helped me pass the time and actually learn about what was going to be in the ride, and what to expect! It won't be everyone's cup of tea, and I get that it would be extraordinarily worse with a full queue of people waiting, but it wasn't boring or bad, in my brief experience with it. (I went again a couple hours later with a 20 minute wait and it still hyped me up a bit for the ride)

michaelthebishop On my last vacation to WDW last Sep, I got on Spaceship Earth 5 different times and never waited more than 5 min. That queue can wildly fluctuate during the day and evening for some reason. I saw it as high as 35 when I was there, but always would wait and then would manage to get on it with no wait. Just before park closing is always a good time to get on it. Or right at rope drop or on EMH mornings.

That's fantastic. I'm an annual passholder who goes every other day and I can certainly tell you that you got lucky. In addition, you went during September of 2017? You mean when Hurricane Irma scared everyone away so even Flight of Passage only had a 45 minute wait? Even at the height of summer, Spaceship Earth should never have more than a 5 minute wait.

michaelthebishop Yeah, I was there Aug 26-Sep 3, so luckily it was before Irma even began her trek to Florida. Amazingly, I never waited longer than 25 min for anything on my trip, save for once. It came down to doing rope drops every day, utiliIizing EMH and just good FP+ planning. I simply constantly checked wait times on the app as well. Wait times go up and down all day long on almost everything. I just skipped stuff and would wait until I saw a good wait time later. I also would hit always leave the parks by 1p to go back to my resort and then go back around 6p. I believe that also was a factor in why I avoided a lot of bad wait times. Shockingly, I was able to ride FoP twice, once with no wait and another with a 10-min wait (rope drop on EMH and FP+ at night). My longest wait for my trip was oddly enough, Haunted Mansion on my very last day (Labor Day Sunday) - waited 40 for that. lol

I think the queues for Space Mountain and Soarin' are better at Disneyland/DCA. Soarin' in DCA isn't the best by far, but its absolutely better themed than the WDW queue.

andrew buchta I haven’t been in the WDW one, and admittedly haven’t been on Soarin in DCA since 2005, but that long, slightly downward slopping queue as you enter Soarin at DCA is the most BORING thing ever. Thank goodness it gets better when Puddy shows up on the TV screens. High five.

The worst queue by far is the Dino spin in Chester and heaters dinorama because it looks like a run down carnival ride that they put no care into it is made with hubcaps and kitchen tools it is by far one of the worst and that should at least be an honorable mentoon

Soarin’ was the first thing I thought of when I saw the topic, although I like the colorful retro lights. It’s a Small World is terrible. The monorail line from Magic Kingdom parking is horrifying. The only acceptable way to get to Magic Kingdom if you’re not a monorail or boat resort is to be dropped off right in front of the park by resort bus.

I HATE the Soarin queue, and my first time in Disney was a few months ago. It was supposed to be a 35 minutes wait but turned into a 45 minute wait because this stupid family of twenty cut in front of everyone due to it being possible from the wideness
