I'll pray for you. I have diagnosed moderate PTSD. I'd rather have more physical pain, of which I have severe myalgic encephalomyalitis and spinal arthritis than mental health pain. Anxiety is horrible! Sweetheart, (I can say that because I'm old) please remember to offer up your suffering. I'll keep you in my daily Rosaries. May God bless you and Mary keep you under her mantle.

In the depth of Mental Darkness Christ is most closely there and sits with us. To see Him we just need to look up and know we have a loving Father and say with Faith and Love daily "I Tust in YOU." He will always help us through everything because He loves us when we feel unworthy and otherwise. He never stops loving us! We need to forgive ourselves as He forgives us.

I'm bipolar. Tell them to take their meds daily, see their doctors, do daily mass, total consecration to Jesus through mary, daily rosary. Coping with mental illness has to be addressed with all these things. Blessings!

I really needed this! Thank you O Holy Spirit for leading me to this video. Thank you Fr. Chris, Fr. Thaddaeus, Br. Patrick, Fr. Mark, EWTN, Marian Fathers, Marian Brothers, Marian helpers and everyone behind this video/series! Also special thanks to Sr. Rita Clare for sharing her incredible vocation story. I am also a 26y/o woman discerning for religious vocation but recently I have been distracted and have been putting off visiting religious communities but her story rekindled the desire in me to seek what God really calls me to be. Anyone reading this comment, please pray for me in my discernment that I may be able to totally open myself up to the Lord, to truly listen to Him and do His Will. God bless us all! Ave Maria! Coping with mental illness, I found, means that my total health has to be addressed daily. Physically, emotionally and spiritually. Take meds as prescribed, see my doctors on a regular basis, Sundays and holy days of obligation mandatory, every day if possible, Eucharistic adoration, confession once a month and sooner if needed, and daily rosary. If I miss my daily rosary, the next day is bad. I say the rosary again and I'm back on track! There is a lot of healing in the Eucharist. All of these things, plus electro convulsive therapy, helped me heal from suicidal thoughts. I have to stay close to Jesus and Mary. Total Consecration to Jesus through mary! Just do it!!! 33 days to morning glory. I owe the Marian fathers so much! God bless you fathers! Love from me, a grateful Marian helper.

I felt sad when i saw a vlog with a woman who had on going annulment, she said " the best thing you can give your children is not a "complete" family but a happy one. This vlog has 600k views, 53k likes, and everyone on comment section agreeing to this.. Choosing own happiness rather having a complete family. We need to spread love and correct this mentality.

All I feel is fear. Constant fear. I can't eat, I don't feel hope, I don't feel satisfaction of accomplishment, I don't feel affection. 10 years of an antidepressant destroyed my humanity, and I just want to leave this world.

I pray you will be healed . Many anti-depressants can cause problems especially if not taken correctly. Some people do benefit from them. I hope you will find relief by reading scripture and seeking good counseling. Perhaps seeking spiritual direction would help too. God bless you !
