Could have also put a very thin layer of epoxy on the foam board outer pieces as you did the cardboard part of the shield after the 1st priming and sanding to make it stronger. A very thin coat would work, but if you put it on too thick it can cause a heating reaction during hardening that may melt the foam. Very think coat works well though.

This is a challenge Sean: Can you make a Spider-Man web shooter, which holds a cartridge that releases the string formed from the instant mixture of 1,6 - Hexanediamine, and Sebacoyl chloride. Thanks.

I want his web shooter to instantly mix 1,6 Hexanediamide and Sebacoyl chloride, when pressed on the button, shooting the instantly made nylon, so it is still very sticky, in 10 seconds the sticky nylon would become dried nylon, sticking onto the wall.
